Had a top floor suit so spoilt. Great view of lake amazing balcony room probably as good as we have ever stayed and we holiday a lot. Hard to fault. 100% recommend and we stay will again.

Just one thing proper bugged us so not bad at all. Céline Dion playing at breakfast over and over again. There was a little girl crying. I’d rather listen to her than Céline Dion. In fact, I think it was Céline Dion playing over and over again that made her cry it did me. It’s not breakfast music at all. Then Frank Sinatra playing in the evening again over and over all night oh my God, I used to like Frank Sinatra I don’t any anymore. Perhaps it was for the German guests. It certainly didn’t make this Brit happy. I just like normal rest stuff anything but Céline Dion and Frank Sinatra. When we stay again I will get them a new CD or subscription to Spotify :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Baia Verde, and I am thrilled to say that everything was excellent! From its prime location that offers easy access to local attractions, to the delectable food served at their restaurant, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. A highlight of our experience was the warm welcome and outstanding service provided by Alessia at the reception. Alessia was not only helpful by providing all the information we needed to explore the area, but her proactive approach and pleasant demeanor made us feel especially cared for during our stay. Her attention to detail and eagerness to assist were truly commendable. Thank you, Hotel Baia Verde, for such a memorable visit. I look forward to returning soon!

The room and bathroom were modern and clean, and the view (over pool and lake) was lovely. The barman was charming and helpful. It was lovely to have a massage. The breakfast was amazing! Parking was free and easy.

It was a bit further out of Malcesine than I expected. It was about a 30 minute walk into town, mostly along the lake, with a short section along a narrow strip of the busy main road. There is a bus each hour, but we kept just missing that, so walking was quicker.

Great location. Excellent pool and superb pool bar snacks and staff were very friendly . Breakfast was excellent. Rooms good size.

Spa massage was odd (watch out for the bowls lol). My wife also received a poor mani pedi. Poor check out process requiring cash for local taxes and then ending up accepting card payment after I made a failed trip on foot to find an ATM . I would advise checking before as you don’t need cash anywhere else. Check out left a bad taste in the mouth for a €16 local tax bill.

All of the staff were great. Very kind and attentive. The views from our room balcony were beautiful. The air conditioning worked well during the hot summer days. The pool area was very nice and well maintained.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the rooms need updating. It takes about 25 minutes to walk into Malcesine from the hotel.

We had a room with a lovely lake's view. Hotel's staff is really helpful and a dinner is definitely worth to try at hotel's restaurant-it was delicious👌 Location is a short walk distance with an amazing lake views approx. 15-20min to Malcesine centre. Also it was great that hotel offers a bike rent service (we enjoyed our 2h bike ride for free- villages next by (Castelleto,Cassone di Malcesina are worth to visit). We rented a Vespa scooter from Motoragazzi (Malcesine) and explored Riva del Garda,Cascata del Varone and Limone- it was an amazing trip with great memories!

Wish there was a double bed instead of 2 single beds together but it's just a minor issue which didn't affected our trip😊

Very clean, modern facilities with large rooms and excellent food. The food in Malcesine was a bit disappointing but not in this hotel. Amazing chef and excellent wine selection.

The water pressure was a bit low in the bathrooms. A good walk into the town centre, 25 minutes and steep on the way back.

The room was very spacious and with a large balcony with lake view. Unfortunately I arrived a bit late(7pm) and could not use the spa facilities, which was one of the main reasons for picking this hotel, but based on the quality of the other facilities I expect it to be good too. Various options for breakfast as well!

Really nice hotel with super friendly service and staff. Well sized rooms with sunchairs on balcony.Nice pool and bikes for rent. Tourist bus takes you into the center, unless you want to walk as we did (30 min).

Unfortunately very hard beds. Take your own hairdryer, the one in the bathroom is a joke.
