The view from the hotel is very nice! Especially from the breakfast area and the pool. Our room also included access to a big balcony with lake view. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was also nice and included a variety of options. Overall the room includes everything necessary for your stay and is clean. Same for the pool, restaurant and other areas. Shops and center of Torbole are around 10mins by car.

Our room had a big flatscreen TV which was nice however it did not have any smart options nor was connected to the internet so only Italian TV stations were available. Apart from that all perfect :)

The hotel offers a breathtaking view of the lake and has exceptionally friendly staff. The location is perfect – only a 5‑minute drive to the town and the beach, and within walking distance to a grocery store and a couple of nice places to eat. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options and a stunning view to enjoy while dining. The staff were always eager to help and went above and beyond to make our stay truly enjoyable. A lovely afternoon tea with delicious desserts included in the stay.

The rooms are quite simple and don’t have tea or coffee facilities, but hot water was always available at the bar. The bed and pillows were a bit on the firm side, yet everything was clean and comfortable. Sauna is not included in the price

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. The amenities were top notch and the view from the room was simply stunning (usually the site selects the best photos and this time I felt that the pictures can't let you imagine how wonderful the view is) - everything exceeded my expectations. The staff at this hotel were extremely hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. All services were provided with a smile, and reported issues were resolved efficiently and courteously. Daily room cleaning, parking included in the price, as well as refreshments in the afternoon. I will strongly consider going there again in case of visiting Garda Lake again

Nothing worth mentioning. Everything in the right order

The breakfast was amazing! Freshly cooked to order and freshly squeezed fruit and veg juices. The view is stunning. Staff are great. They put on free afternoon snacks and coffee which was a lovely addition. Even got a bottle of wine when checking out. We can’t wait to come back

We loved everything. But just a small negative was we did get splinters from the decking around the pool- so make sure you always wear flip flops and bring some tweezers

The property was very clean, open spaced and an amazing view! The staff were super helpful in telling us where to go and how to get there etc! A car is essential though. Things may be close by but not by foot, close in car. We hired a car from the airport and it allowed us to visit the actual , Lake Garda town, which was beautiful. Malcesine is also worth a visit as you can go up the cable cart to the top of the mountain and see the whole lake. From there, you can also get a return ferry to Limone for 9 euro each! Limone is another beautiful town. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel, which does take you down to the lake in Torbole, however we found the other towns to have more to do there, instead of this one, which you need your own car to drive to! This trip will always be special to be as I ended up getting engaged there too! It was an amazing trip all round.

Great hotel in a great location. The view from both the restaurant terrace (where breakfasts are served) and the swimming pool is breathtaking (it's recommended to pay extra for a room with a lake view as well; rooms marked as "no view" literally have no view as there is a rock right in front of the balcony). Breakfasts are outstanding (fresh, various products, salty and sweet, fresh juices available, some options to be life-cooked; hazelnut cake is something you cannot skip). Their staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Every staff was friendly and smiling! We loved the view from the swimming pool. Our room was spacious with a large balcony overlooking the mountains and the lake. The breakfast had so much to offer, I enjoyed my morning fresh juice. The jacuzzi was so romantic, it was an absolute pleasure to stay here! Thank you so much for the wine for my boyfriend’s birthday! What an unforgettable experience! We are looking forward to staying here again!

Nothing, everything was perfect

The views were outstanding! We loved the rooftop pool - brilliant for both us as adults and shallow area too for swimming with our 6 month old baby! Breakfast was incredible with so much choice and friendly staff! We ate at the bike bar/restaurant twice during our stay (something we never usually do!) as food and location were so great!

Shower was small but ok. Shame shuttle bus was not more frequent, particularly in evening.

The great location with an amazing view to the lake and an amazing breakfast which is not a trivial thing to find in Italian hotels.

The bed wasn’t comfortable enough for me and there was some noise in the morning from outside, so I couldn’t sleep well. However, these minor issues were by far outweighed by the professional and friendly staff, the amazing pool area with the lake view, the delicious breakfast with a vast variety of fruits, vegetables, yoghurts, cheeses, choice of egg dishes, freshly-made pancakes, waffles, cold-pressed juices of all kinds and much more.

I booked this room thru Booking.com. This was the most expensive stay, since we were celebrating our 51st wedding anniversary. My room was the only occupied in the top floor. I did not understand why I was not given the room with the best view. I wonder if it was because I booked with booking.com. I found the receptionist not courteous and friendly enough. Maybe that was why she did not give us the best room, even though she was informed of our celebration occasion. And by the way, only one more of the 6 rooms was filled during our stay, and it was not the best view either.

I would think it would be only fair if the best rooms are offered first come first serve.
