The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. The amenities were top notch and the view from the room was simply stunning (usually the site selects the best photos and this time I felt that the pictures can't let you imagine how wonderful the view is) - everything exceeded my expectations. The staff at this hotel were extremely hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. All services were provided with a smile, and reported issues were resolved efficiently and courteously. Daily room cleaning, parking included in the price, as well as refreshments in the afternoon. I will strongly consider going there again in case of visiting Garda Lake again

Nothing worth mentioning. Everything in the right order

The property was very clean, open spaced and an amazing view! The staff were super helpful in telling us where to go and how to get there etc! A car is essential though. Things may be close by but not by foot, close in car. We hired a car from the airport and it allowed us to visit the actual , Lake Garda town, which was beautiful. Malcesine is also worth a visit as you can go up the cable cart to the top of the mountain and see the whole lake. From there, you can also get a return ferry to Limone for 9 euro each! Limone is another beautiful town. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel, which does take you down to the lake in Torbole, however we found the other towns to have more to do there, instead of this one, which you need your own car to drive to! This trip will always be special to be as I ended up getting engaged there too! It was an amazing trip all round.

Great hotel in a great location. The view from both the restaurant terrace (where breakfasts are served) and the swimming pool is breathtaking (it's recommended to pay extra for a room with a lake view as well; rooms marked as "no view" literally have no view as there is a rock right in front of the balcony). Breakfasts are outstanding (fresh, various products, salty and sweet, fresh juices available, some options to be life-cooked; hazelnut cake is something you cannot skip). Their staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The great location with an amazing view to the lake and an amazing breakfast which is not a trivial thing to find in Italian hotels.

The bed wasn’t comfortable enough for me and there was some noise in the morning from outside, so I couldn’t sleep well. However, these minor issues were by far outweighed by the professional and friendly staff, the amazing pool area with the lake view, the delicious breakfast with a vast variety of fruits, vegetables, yoghurts, cheeses, choice of egg dishes, freshly-made pancakes, waffles, cold-pressed juices of all kinds and much more.

Garda Hotel Forte Charme tells its guests that it has the best views of Lake Garda. This is quite true. I loved my room, one of the best in a corner of the hotel facing the lake. One morning (early) I saw the moon shimmering over the lake. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The shuttle drive Timmy was super! Cristina at the front desk was super efficient and when my ride didn't show found me another driver in 2 minutes flat. The food at nearby restaurant Al Fortino was superb. Breakfast was excellent!

I didn't much care for the buffet supper. I think this was because it was not really Italian food but something that was aimed more at pleasing the many German tourists who were there at the hotel.

I booked this room thru Booking.com. This was the most expensive stay, since we were celebrating our 51st wedding anniversary. My room was the only occupied in the top floor. I did not understand why I was not given the room with the best view. I wonder if it was because I booked with booking.com. I found the receptionist not courteous and friendly enough. Maybe that was why she did not give us the best room, even though she was informed of our celebration occasion. And by the way, only one more of the 6 rooms was filled during our stay, and it was not the best view either.

I would think it would be only fair if the best rooms are offered first come first serve.

The breakfast was amazing, very nice, perfect servis, lots of options. Great.

The noise in the morning. Unfortunately, when you still want to sleep in the morning, the cleaning in the other rooms is very audible. When the adjoining rooms have check-out, there is a very hissing cleaning, banging, vacuuming of the room, moving of chairs. I think at least by 9am the maids should try to be less noisy when they see people still sleeping in the next room. Unfortunately, our first night also happened that at 8am the people in the next room had a dog and probably went to breakfast and the dog barked for an hour and actually woke us up. We arrived later that night at the hotel and went to bed at 1am wanting to sleep in, but this was not possible at all with the dog barking and noisy cleaning. It's a shame. Otherwise the hotel is nice and has very comfortable beds.

Perfect hotel for a relaxed vacation. There is an amazing pool area, with sunbeds, a swimming pool and a whirlpool. Our room was modern and spacious and we even got a free upgrade so we could enjoy the amazing view on the lake from the balcony. A big highlight is also the breakfast, there’s a huge variety at the buffet and you can order stuff like waffles, pancakes or egg dishes freshly from the kitchen. Also the staff members are very friendly, polite and welcoming. Overall we had a great time here and would come back anytime.

The hotel is incredible, the staff are amazing, it’s literally a 15 minute walk to the town centre or a 2 minute journey in the hotel shuttle bus (which is included… crazy!) The breakfast, one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. The beds are comfortable, the view is to die for… it’s literally my new favourite place. Thank you for an incredible long weekend stay!

There is quite honestly nothing not to love. maybe the bar closing at 11… but the. Roberto the barman is a legend and if you sweet talk him might keep it open 🤣

We’ve booked this hotel the very last minute, and we were so happy our room was upgraded to the one with balcony and amazing lake view. The staff has been great and available all the time, from the reception team to the waiting staff in the breakfast area everybody was friendly and well trained and prepared. The view from the swimming pool area is breathtaking. The gym may benefit from an upgrade/update (maybe some weights and a bench) but also there the panoramic view was stunning.
