The stuff was extremely friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, amazing view of the lake, nice outdoor and indoor pools, the management of the restaurant went out of their way to provide gluten free options including making a gluten free pasta just for me 😊 Breathtaking view of the lake, good food, music bar with a band and pool entertainment. Couldn’t ask for more. Wish we’ve stayed longer. I definitely recommend!!!

A very high-class hotel, clean rooms . very satisfying buffet breakfast, there is a pool that we didn't have time to use. They welcomed us late at night without any problem. I believe I will return to this hotel.

We liked everything, but the hotel's location is high on a steep mountain, so if you have knee problems for adults it's a bit difficult unless you have a car nearby. We walked up without a problem. A little expensive for my taste.

The location was incredible, our room had a fab view and the sounds of the waterfall, and the staff were lovely.

Our aircon was pretty much useless and was a very hot week so couldn’t cool down at all after the walk up the hill from town! Shower was also very small and bathroom very warm. Otherwise it was lush! Be careful not be caught out as we didn’t know we had to book for the Italian restaurant and the weather was so bad that kids of restaurants had shut and it was fully booked so we were left without any food options at all!

Infrastructure, breakfast very good and close to the city by foot

Air conditioner didn’t work and was informed, the reception controls the temperature, not the customers. With a pool party with sound louder was not even possible to leave the window open. With a 1y baby and the room at 25 degree was not easy to sleep even complaining with the reception by 3 times the temp didn’t decrease

In general we were very satisfied. The food was excellent in both restaurants, we had one of the best pizza we have ever had. The pools are nice, enough sunbeds. Al staff was nice and helpful.

The only uncomfortable point were extremly noisy outside airconditioning boxes as our second bed room was just above those boxes. Otherwise we did not find anything we did not like.

We loved this hotel due to its location and gorgeous outdoor pool setting. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly. It was only a short walk away from the main area. Access to mountain trails right beside hotel.

The air con could only go as low as 22C. Pity it couldn't be dropped lower due to the warm weather when we were there

Location - fantastic view and also close to the city centre. Room with lake view. The room itself was quite spacious. Swimming pools - also a pool inside, which was a plus during less sunny days. Food at breakfast was fresh and tasty, a lot to choose from.

Too little variation and availability of restaurants (alternatives to the buffet and ‘the Italian restaurant that served almost similar dishes, would have been great). Increased capacity/tables or longer hours would help on availability which limited.

The town of Limone is a great location. Hotel: Rooms were very clean, pools were good and clean. Breakfast was ok: there are 2 separate breakfast restaurants which were similar (eg. one restaurant had a constant trays of scrambled eggs and the other had a chef who freshly prepared omelettes, but you had to queue up to 30 minutes for them.

In the bathroom, the shower & toilet areas were restricted. The shower cabin was so small, that you needed to be a yoga guru to be able to clean your feet, an any "bigger" person would have difficulty sitting on the "throne".

We went with kids and the room with double bed and bunk beds was OK. Everything very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. We took option with breakfast and it was a buffet. Every day almost the same but variety of choices was ok for a week stay. We were afraid that the location is too far on a steep hill but it was also ok. 10 minutes walk along the river just to land on the main beautiful beach. 2 pools + 1 little one for small kids is definitely an advantage.

It is not possible to order food from the menu if you do not have the dinner included. Only expensive buffet. When having 2 restaurants and a bar, it should be possible to order at least basic dishes all day long.
