The location of the hotel is just next to the lake, in a sheltered spot perfect for swimming or water sports. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. You can walk into Malcesine in about 30 mins, or take a local bus. Restaurant meals (lunch / dinner) are very good.

The triple room is a bit small and looks out over the back of the hotel (basically a wall). The shower in the bathroom is hard to keep a constant temperature, switching from very cold to very hot in an instant.

Hotel is situated near by lake, with private beach - it is important at Garda coast.Garage for cars. Breakfast good, big variety of dishes. Staff very kind and helpful.Fro people who like long walks, swimming every morning in pool.To Malcesine 30minutes walk (about 2,5 km), Spar market is close , and 3 restaurants also.

Small bathroom- problem with space to open doors. Some dirt under bed, no kettle in room, no glasses .Very noisy, you could hear neighbours, cleaning staff staredt from 8 am , so you could not sleep, also no circulation in room, if you opened window noise from the street during all day.

Lovely little hotel, a very good price for such a clean and tidy hotel in a great location! The staff were all super friendly, welcoming and helpful and even made us a packed lunch when we left on the Saturday as our flight was before their breakfast opened. The location was perfect in the most beautiful quiet location, there is a bus that takes you into town but we enjoyed the 30min walk along the beautiful lake with plenty of bars to stop at along the way! Food was delicious and I found it easy to eat in their restaurant with a gluten allergy, and for breakfast they provided me with gluten free bread and cereals. As me and my partner only use a hotel as a base to sleep as we're out and about all day we went for this one as it was cheaper compared to other hotels in the area so didn't expect much but we were very very pleased with how clean and lovely it was and the friendliness of all the staff! 10/10 we'd love to come back here! 🙂 Also definitely go for a Lakeview balcony room if you can as the views are amazing!

Stunning setting with mountain views and a pool that was perfect for relaxing. The staff were SO helpful and friendly for our entire stay and we loved eating in the restaurant and going for a walk along the lakeside. Fab all round, the perfect end to a busy Italian holiday!

Nothing! It’s a little out of town but we appreciated the peace and quiet.

Amazing and helpfully staff across the whole facility. Location is absolutely fantastic, we also were given an opportunity of a free upgrade to a lake view, not to mention that we were also allowed to stay a bit longer on a check out day. If I get an opportunity to visit Malcesine again this hotel will be and remain a top of the top on our vacation list. Thank you to everyone for making it such a pleasure ❤️

Its really the best hotel on lake garda, we just loved it, the view, the pool, the breakfast, everything was great.

Attention when you drive up from the garage stay at the right side otherwise you will touch the ground with the car. I think the receptionist should tell this to all the guests at the check in than its no problem.

Location, helpful staff, bus stop outside to get into town, specialist sailing school facilities but would need to book those separately well in advance.

No bike hire available on site, had to go into town to hire bikes, would have been perfect otherwise.

Wish all the hotels could be like this - where ever I go :). The location is reachable also by public transport (shuttle bus from Malcesine) and the hotel beach is 50 m from your window - Val Di Sogno! The breakfast is excellent. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful - could not be better. Thank you for making our stay so unforgettable!
