Location is a great base for exploring on foot by car or bike. Free and ample parking. Amazing views. Self service unlimited food and drink. Every night a choice of 3 pasta dishes and a rice dish. Chips, wedges or potatoes, a carvery meat station, 3 vegetable choices and 3 meat or fish choice ranging from stews, to beef fillets to meat strudels. There’s also a large salad and cold bar station, a deserts station with plenty of choice and an ice cream freezer. We read some reviews saying food was cold, we didn’t experience that problem however there is a self serving: microwave. The self service bar was unique. Not for everyone but we enjoyed serving ourselves. There’s a choice of about 9 or 10 different spirits. Gin, rum, whisky, brandy, sambuca, vodka and, amaretto and some local tiples. Beer, wine, soft drinks, juices and tonic on tap. Also coffee machines open day and night with donuts, cakes, biscuits and crisps to help yourself to. If you prefer there is a bar with international brands and cocktails that aren’t part of the all inclusive that you can pay for with all the post stuff like Jack Daniel’s and baileys etc. Very clean throughout the entire resort Our room was in the lake villa right on the lake, across the road and down the steps from the main hotel building . A little dated but very clean, large bathroom, beds comfy enough and location right on the lake is amazing and well worth the upgrade and the walk across the road.

Out of season only the main bar and Resturant are open. It didn’t bother us but bear that in mind when booking The outdoor pools are colder than the lake out of season. Still great for sunbathing around and kids didn’t seam to mind

Our stay at this hotel in Italy was without a doubt the highlight of our trip with friends. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warmth and hospitality. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and offered beautiful views that made every morning special. What really stood out was the attention to detail and personalized service—nothing ever felt too much to ask. The location was perfect, with easy access to the lake, local restaurants, and evening walks, which added so much charm to our stay. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, giving us the perfect start to our days. After traveling around Italy and staying at different places, we all agreed this hotel truly offered the best experience of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area—whether with friends, family, or even for a relaxing break. We will definitely come back!

Nothing

We stayed two nights, and the weather wasn’t the best, so we didn't use the pool, but it was large and seemed super clean. The bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed wasn't so comfortable. The shower was wonderful and had great pressure, and the rooms had spacious balconies. The hotel is simple but had a good selection of drinks. We loved the included meals, too; they were quite varied and delicious. The hotel is a bit far from the center (25min walking), but there's a free hotel shuttle that takes you there. Despite the cold weather, we went to the private beach, which is beautiful and has sun loungers, in summer it will be wonderful!

I only disliked two things: the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, and the bus to the center has a long break from noon to 3:00 p.m., which means the first bus in the afternoon is crowded and you have to wait for the next one. Apart from this break, the bus runs every half hour, which is very helpful. Just as a tip, the pool bar could close later as well

Lovely food, abundance of various dishes during each meal time, very friendly waiters and Staff, perfect location, shuttle bus to the center of Limone; live music im the lobby each evening; we had an all-inclusive stay and we were pleaseantly surprised that soft drinks and alkohol drinks were at our disposal all the time - everything was available in the lobby. Lots of various snacks and icecrems for kids. Room was very clean, cleaned each day of our stay, fresh towels every day as well. Lovely hotel and a great stay.

The room (we were in building that starts with 6...) was very clean but it looks pretty old-fashioned (80's style) and it would be great to have some chairs - our room was 4-bed and no chairs. Apart from that little discomfort, we enjoyed the stay a lot!

Staff was very nice, big selection of food, free alcohol (even hard liquor). Live music most nights of the week in the evening. Parking in a garage, nice pool with a view of the lake and other amenities.

We had an economy room - the furniture and AC are quite old (still great value for the money!) but the only thing I will complain a little about is the hair dryer. It is very old and weak and it would take forever to actually dry hair with it. I recommend bringing your own. No other complaints 😊

Pools were great, good choice at breakfast/lunch/dinner, room large/spacious, private beach was nice to have a lunch/drinks down there were a bonus.

Room was very hot, AC didn't do much, shuttles were almost always full so we ended up walking everytime to Limone with our 4 kids, walk was easy but 25 mins in 35+ heat was taxing at times. The road to cross to the beach had cars flying round the corner and not great visibility.

The view from the terrace was exceptional, the location near Limone was very convenient, free shuttle bus to centre, 20 minutes by car to Riva del Garda, large territory, tasty food, variety of food.

Very small outdated bathroom, old design room, tiny TV, poor lighting. Incredibly outdated indoor pool and spa zone. Early checkout at 10 a m. is a "crime". Uncomfortable timeframes for lunch, no coffee during lunch only near the reception, limited choice of food during the lunch (no soup for example) which is weird for all-inclusive.

Everything was amazing. Nice and helpful staff. The room is clean and tidy. Even though our room was near the path it was really quiet. And last thing, the food was really good, lots of choices also vino and different spirits. And also what is important, they replied to my email very quickly. Thank you.

One small thing, rooms are not too modern.

Location: very close to the beautiful lake waterfront and just a small walk to town Venue: kids loved the huge garden with all kinds of playgrounds (minigolf, ping pong, chess, etc), the three outdoor pools (one with a waterslide) and the indoor pool. Everything is very well maintained. Meals: buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with a great variety of tastt food, unlimited soft drinks, beer and wine. Drinks were freely available even outside of the meal hours, snacks always available Room: very spacious with pool and lake view
