Maybe the best value for money we ever encountered! We paied so little for so much. We had the Deluxe room, very clean and spacious. The personal was exceptional and very helpfull in all the situations we needed them. Great view over the lake, breathtaking I could say. Calm and peacefull place. All the facilities of the hotel were included and ready for you at any time. There is a bus line (linea 12) wich can take you to Limone and Pieve.

I don't think I could say that this is a negative because we knew it in advance, but for convinient moving around from the hotel you'll need a car or a scouter/bike/etc.

This was our first stay here and we absolutely loved it! Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. We booked an upgraded room with a lake view—and it was incredible. The view was simply stunning. The room itself felt brand new, very comfortable, with extremely cozy beds. There was plenty of space, including a dedicated work area. Everything worked perfectly; we had no issues at all. The hotel also offers a large parking area, so parking was easy and convenient. Our stay included breakfast, and we really enjoyed it—there was a wide selection of meats, cheeses, and pastries. The staff were very kind and attentive. In the evenings, we stopped by for tea and were warmly welcomed and well taken care of. All in all, we left extremely satisfied. Thank you again!

The hotel has its own old Italian charm, but clean and tidy. The selection of food for breakfast is large, the staff is welcoming and polite. The two pools were great on the hot days - and the views were incredible. Not many people by the pool during the day as it seems people stay there to explore other villages or just passing by. 5min drive to Limone sul Garda. Great value for money. Parking is spacious, just in front of the hotel.

The walls are a bit thin, could hear others in the morning. Otherwise it was great.

Very welcoming and helping staff, comfortable beds, they upgraded our room and sorted out another short notice room. Pool was clean and fresh, they have mini golf and tennis courts just ask at the reception. Overall we enjoyed our stay

The gym if you can call it that is worn down and most of equipment wasn’t functional or faulty but the view is beautiful too bad that almost everyone smokes around and chokes you while training. There is no footpath towards town or we could not find any 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Amazing view from our balcony, Air condition in room 100% ice cold Huge and clean room. Excellent staff working there very Helpfull and friendly. I had no problem to leave my motorbike trailer parked up there in underground secured by gate carpark while I'm there for 6 days and no extra charge. Bar next to Swimming pool Best coffee and Hugo Drink I had in whole Lake Garda ❤️ Thank you.. Coffee on breakfast was ok it was just from automatic Machine as ussual on breakfast so no big expectation, breakfast itself was all good fresh good choice of everything and fresh, Scramble egg could be a bit better but acceptable.

This is far enough out of the Limone grockel trap to be fairly quiet and reasonably priced, also the restaurants around (none close enough to walk apart from in-house), but still has incredible views of the lake as it's that bit higher up the mountain. Breakfast was superb with massive choice, we didn't need lunch that day! Shower was excellent, bed comfy, huge balcony area. Bar is reasonably priced.

Difficult to see how you could get much better at this price point, a very professional organisation.

* Despite that the official check-in started from 3 PM, my room was ready already at 2 PM and I could check in as soon as I arrived. * Nice and bright room, sunlight coming in. * Reasonably strong WiFi connection and desk in the room to work with my laptop (the TV on the desk was a little annoying , though) * Very good breakfast.

A little bit uncomfortable location when you are walking / do not have a car. Nearest grocery store in Limone sul Garda is about 2 km away and there are no walking paths.

The greatest quality of this accommodation is the view of Lake Garda. The second quality is the price, which is affordable compared to hotels in this fabulous area. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was good and plentiful.

I didn't like the fact that it had been many years since the hotel (or at least the room I stayed in) had been renovated. Another downside was that the walls were thin and I could hear our neighbors quite clearly.

Room with balcony with the view of mountains and lake - Excellent. Friendly staff, although very carefree, we mentioned that some lights were not working, they were surprised that the lights were working at all. Same with some gates being open even thought they should be closed. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but nothing bad either.

Many basic things were not attended to. It seems that people just don't care. Some light-bulbs were out, balcony not cleaned, some dead weeds 'growing' in the planters. No robes. Super tiny TV. Felt like a dying place with a good view.

Literally everyone was so kind - reception staff, guys in the restaurant, room service. Always helpful and smiley. Tasty breakfasts - a lot of things to choose from. Nice attractions in the facility - 2 pools, fitness area, table tennis, mini golf, tennis, bar, restaurant. Great view from the room! Parking available, it was never hard to find a spot. This place is extremely clean - everyday room service, fresh towels, etc. Strongly recommended.

Wi-Fi could work slightly better.
