We were 2 families . 12 of us in total i's my fourth time staying at hotel le balze and any time I visit Garda I will not stay anywhere else. All the staff is exceptionally accommodating. Allocating rooms close by , And made check in and check out smooth and easy for us. As always the view is to die for !

We noticed on this visit , they had upgraded the decor but , the soft slippers and gowns were missing. And unfortunately the breakfast was a let down and didn't have as many options as on previous visit. ( No hash browns , or baked beans) Enjoy etc

Superb view on Lago di Garda, friendly staff, spacious room, great breakfast buffet. We arrived on a rainy day and the receptionist offered us access to the spa because of the weather. That's excellent customer service for which we increased our rating from an 8 to a 9.

The queues in front of the coffee machine in the morning (breakfast buffet), it took too long to often (like 5+ minutes) to get a cup of coffee and it wasn't even the high season. Too many ice cubes in the campari-spritz (like 20) which made it very watery. We have seen 2-8 cubes to be common in Italy but not 20.

I can't speak highly enough of this wonderful find high in the mountains above Lake Garda. The view is stunning with a balcony view that is tough to beat. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Huge restaurant with a stunning panoramic view of the lake and the food was very nice and a large selection of drinks all at a very reasonable cost. They even had one of my favourite beers on tap which was a massive plus on such a warm day. Thankyou for a wonderful stay. I will return here one day.

The view was amazing, the spa is also good and the dinner/breakfast quite nice. PS: tip for travellers, if after this stay you have to go in Milano direction, consider going back to Riva del garda and take the highway, the panoramic route on the lake might be with a lot of traffic

We went for dinner a bit after other people and some tables with a view were free, but the staff did not want to move us. I do not know if there are specific reasons for that, but a bit of flexibility when it is not high season wouldn't hurt in my opinion

High above Lake Garda with amazing views. Our room had obviously had a recent upgrade.

A four night stay was quite enough. Breakfast was comparatively poor compared to other hotels - poor quality, poor choice. Coffee was good when a machine was working. Had one evening meal on our first night but choose not to repeat the experience. Some restaurant staff had an attitude problem. The beds were a big disappointment.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Firstly the drive to the hotel is fun and exciting. Then, you get to the room and the amazing view hits you. Stunning. The room was big, nice and comfortable. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. We enjoyed the pool and wellness center as well. The staff were great and very nice. Free parking was available. Thank you for a great time, we will definitely return.

Very nice hotel with an excellent view. Do not miss the mini golf course with an amazing view. The dinner was ok with a very decent price. The breakfast was very good.

Perhaps a bit picky but an outdoor pool in addition to the indoors would be nice.

Room was not clean, a lot of hair from previous people… staff at restaurant ignore you all the time… a bizzare solution for SPA with code, and towels at reception which is in dofferent place

We really loved the view from our hotel room. It’s the gem of this hotel. Otherwise, the hotel is neat, well-maintained, and the staff is pleasant

The hotel is located on a hill, and it takes 20 minutes to get to the water. We didn’t take this into account when planning our trip

Staff were maybe the most friendly I've ever experienced. Hotel smelled great, rooms were very comfortable, clean and big. Beds were good. Big hotel, but still the entrances to the parking lot were well organized. View was fenomenal; from room & rest of the property. Pool great. In short: no shortage of superlatives.

Refrigerator was a bit small. Bread and coffee were great, for the rest the breakfast could have been better.
