Stunning location, at the port in the centre of Malcesine giving you easy access to bus and boats. No need for a car, easy transfers from airport,train .Huge spotlessly clean apartment. No noise disturbance. We had a front and rear balcony. Friendly, helpful staff... provided a kettle when requested. Easy private access and a lift. Complimentary bottle of prosecco, toilet rolls, w-up liquid, towels. Close to supermarket. Didnt use the tv at all, great people watching from the balcony and you maybe lucky to see a concert from there also.. held on the old boat. Really comfy large bed, slept very well. This is a perfect apartment for two couples or a family. One bedroom is ensuite. Bright airy and perfect holiday stay. Wifi worked well.

Just a few points to be aware of - Balcony only really sat two people. Although listed on booking.com some items were missing in our particular apartment.. no microwave, clothes dryer, scissors etc. Just to note - toiletries were just a couple of sachets. Not all plug sockets took our adaptor but a few had been left. A bit of attention to detail and minor maintenance and it would be faultless, but nothing to spoil our stay at all. Highly recomend.

Location was brilliant. Right on the harbour. Breakfast was as expected. Room with a view of the lake, altho bed was a bit hard. Very clean. The staff were amazing, friendly, courteous and inviting. Especially Angela and Tibi. Thank you to Stefano as well for allowing us to use a room as very late check out. You were all awesome. If I ever stay in Malcesine again, I would stay here.

The bed was a bit hard for me.

Location was perfect. The building is old so it would never appear perfect in some of the finer detail but everything was very clean with a daily clean and we had a good size room with a terrific balcony overlooking the harbour. Although we were in the centre of a very thriving location we could easily exclude the light and the noise for an early to bed with the shutters and double glazed windows. Auto A/C was good and the breakfast very welcome each day

Location is perfect. Breakfast was fine.

Attitude of the owner. When we went for breakfast there were only big bowls for fruit which we used. My friend was confronted by the owner as if to say we had too much. This was not the case as we were last down after having a long day previously. Breakfast was from 8 to 10 am. The following day my friend tried to refill her coffee cup at 10 and was waved away by the owner and told breakfast was finished. This attitude spoilt an otherwise great few days.

Fantastic location, right next to scenic little harbour with ferries. Good selection of breakfast options. Excellent range of restaurants a few minutes walk away for evening meals.

Beds were a little hard. Free toiletries very basic - bar soap and sachet of shampoo.

Staff where really great help and the food in hotel wow lovely drinks to and speck goos English

How wee can't find washing machine and was never check on or ask if need anything

Excellent location right at the harbour; our room looked out that way so could see the lake and boats coming and going . Room was spacious and had plenty of natural light. Breakfast was great

Room was old fashioned decor

The location is brilliant, just at the old port. We had a very pleasant, very large room that was well appointed. Large and comfortable bathroom. We had great views in two directions - over the lake, as well as to the mountains. Buffet breakfast was also more than adequate. The restaurant is good and is open all day.

No fridge, leaky paper cups instead of glasses. No shampoo.

Location is perfect. The main reason we rate our visit as excellent was that we (by chance) ended up in room 42 which had a large roof terrace with a fantastic panorama of the lake, harbour and town

Staff could have been more helpful at times, reception is always in a mess
