Welcoming owner and staff. Could ask anything, and it would be done in the next minute. Dining by the edge of the lake was a beautiful experience, and the relatively inventive menu showed this property wanted to make their guests experience very special and memorable

The Hotel is wonderful .... the balcony direct on the Lake is awesome...... the Personal are the Best.

No Refrigerator in the Room and the Boat Dock is closed. We had to drive the Car to the next town to catch the Boat.

unfortuanetly the vent was broken and no a/c… but it was Summer holiday and sweating is expected ;)

Breakfast is very weak. Especially coffee is almost undrinkable.

The staff were excellent and the location was superb. So close to the Lake that you could almost touch it!

Whilst it had everything required, the room was a little small, the shower was very small and, with 2 x large suitcases, it was a little difficult. If we had been travelling light, it would have been fine.

It was right on the water which I really enjoyed. The staff was very kind and helpful. They had umbrellas and chairs on the lake to use and parking. Bed was comfortable and there were things like soap and toothbrushes provided. Room.was big and with a view on the lake even though balcony was small. I u debates the charm of this hotel. Location was superb and overall good visit.

It was an older hotel so probably trying to keep the same style but could use a fresher upper on the places that are used most like hallways and carpet runners. Cleaners dis not do so great job but staff addressed it Immediately. No AC but thankfully they had a fan in the room.
