A few days away to chill after a family wedding in Verona. Couldn’t have found a better hotel. Just off the main road so nice and quiet. Ticked all the boxes. Roomy double room with a balcony. Freshly cooked simple breakfast. Eggs & bacon, waffles and pancakes. Best coffee. Even mimosas. Gorgeous breads, fresh fruits yoghurt etc and a delicious selection of cakes. Breakfast room was on the upper floor plate glass windows with the best view. Heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Genuinely friendly staff. Only a few minutes walk into the pedestrian friendly town. Amazing choice of shops and restaurants. Short walk to the main road to pick up the bus to view gorgeous Lake Garda and the other villages or into the village for the ferry. You can catch the bus to the main train station (Peschiera) to get to Milan or Verona airport. We opted to get a taxi as we had large cases. Kindly arranged by the hotel and good value too. Would highly recommend.

Honestly I was very happy with the hotel.

the hotel staff were absolutely wonderful, they were all so friendly and accommodating. the breakfast terrace was incredible with views over Lake Garda, the breakfast itself was excellent with a very varied choice. the whole hotel was immaculate with a fantastic pool. The hotel was a great size not feeling like a resort in any way, more like a boutique. We couldn't fault the hotel at all.

I was a bit disappointed with the room I feel it could do with some updating . Maybe they are trying to keep in the old style with the furniture but felt it could be made to look much nicer. I would have booked a room with a balcony but there were none available when I booked.

The hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay so good. They were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in the beautiful terrace overlooking the lake and the breakfast choice was great. Staff were very attentive. We used the pool every day and the sun lounger booking system was very fair. A salt water pool also which was lovely. Rooms are cleaned twice daily with fresh towels each time. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close to the bus station but within a short walk to the lake and the restaurants and shops in Bardolino. We will be back again for definite.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic close to town but in a quiet area. The breakfast was amazing. I'd go back just for the croissants! The pool and other facilities are beautiful.

The beds were uncomfortable (very hard). If you get a room under the kitchen on the roof top terrace it is noisy starting at 7 am.

Lovely 4th floor (top) open aired breakfast room with happy servers and wonderful views.

One little gripe, the hotel does NOT supply an iron to freshen up your creased clothes. They do a laundry service but it could be 48 hours before you have your clothes back at a price.

We chose a top floor suite it was wonderful great lovely towels and bed was very comfortable breakfast was superb pool areas was great location was brilliant hotel was very tastefully decorated

I did hink there would be shampoo conditioner and body lotion in the room instead there was just one container for shower gel I didn’t take these so had to go and buy some

Wonderful hotel! The staff were excellent, especially Silva who assisted us with our plans to explore Lake Garda each day, and offered us local advice and the wonderful waitress staff who served us at breakfast each day! The hotel was well located, it had everything we required, and was spacious! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Wide range of choices for breakfast and we particularly enjoyed the made to order strawberries and cream filled croissants. Excellent convenient location with a very short walk into the main areas of the town.

There were several changes of staff on reception duty. We never knew who was in charge and communication could have been better. They were all very friendly and helpful despite this.

The location is absolutely perfect, walking distance to the lake, town, biking distance to wineries and other towns. You can rent bikes at the property. The breakfast setup is lovely and the people who work here are very friendly! Our first room (frankly) was very underwhelming, very outdated, shower didn’t look clean, window view of the parking lot (I requested a balcony when I booked), uncomfortable bed. We were luckily able to upgrade the next night and move to another room, which truly changed the whole experience. The second room had a lake view, remodeled room (upgraded flooring, new bathroom, balcony with a lake view). I would’ve had a very different review honestly had we stayed in the other room for both nights. I would highly recommend paying attention to which room you book when booking!

Some of their rooms (our first night) are really outdated and definitely need some TLC. The pool is less like the photos, which was fine because we spent our days there exploring and going to the lake!
