LOVED everything about this beautiful hotel. Great central location, but in a quiet/pretty street away from the hustle and bustle. I was able to check-in early as the room was ready when I arrived late morning which was much appreciated. The room was tastefully decorated, very clean (shout out to the housekeepers 👏🏻), with a comfortable bed and a picturesque balcony looking out onto the lovely garden/pool. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options! All staff members were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind - special mention to Julia (and her 2 gorgeous dogs!!). One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had and felt very much like a home away from home. Would highly recommend. Thank you and well done to all at Hotel Speranza - you’ve built something very special, are doing a fantastic job and should be very proud ❤️

The only improvement would be the quality of the towels.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and great location (it’s tucked away so don’t get too much noise but easy walk to restaurants and grocery store nearby). The hotel management and staff were helpful and friendly, we had a very lovely stay. If you are travelling by public transport, bus stop and ferry are within 5 min walk from the hotel so very easy access. Also appreciated that there was a lift in the hotel.

Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss, had a dirty towel and lacked shampoo bottles in the bathroom although this was rectified easily by the staff. Breakfast was OK, mainly buffet style with the option to pay extra for additions.

If you are planning to stay in Bardolino and are independently booking a hotel choose Hotel Speranza. The most lovely hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful. Being a solo traveller wanting a single room, choices are often limited but the room I had was just perfect with a balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel has a chilled out and relaxed vibe and the service is outstanding. Never too crowded round the pool and there is waiter service for poolside drinks. The breakfast is delicious too. And you couldn't ask for a better location. I will be back!

Everything. The owners are very friendly and there all the time. The pool area is lovely and set in mature gardens. The breakfast is perfect. The rooms are sparkling clean. It is a perfect location in centre of town.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is superb, central yet on a very quiet street so no noise. Pool is very nice and the waiter Alessandro keeps the drinks topped up all day long and the prices are cheap and the pizzas are great for lunch snack. Julia on reception made us so welcome. Breakfast was superb, salmon was a bonus.The room has everything you need. No fridge however the bar serves downstairs til around midnight so it isnt a problem. No iron however im sure reception could provide one if you needed.

The room could be improved. Was quite dark and the bathroom layout was a little weird and dark.

The staff went above and beyond to meet our expectations. The old man in the reception melted our hearts with warm welcoming. Pool was very clean and well maintained together with all the other facilities.

Their warmth and welcome was genuine and lasted all week..consistent happiness and good service made all the difference. The size of hotel and room was perfect for me and the daily recommended thoughts for planning and weather were so appreciated.
