I loved it all. The apartment is both homey with little touches throughout and super practical from the kitchen items (eg quality knives and plates) to shoe racks to the bathroom kit and recycling bags provided in the closet on the balcony. I loved that the one bedroom was actually two rooms with the kitchen/sofa bed with its own TV separate from the bedrooms (a charming slide door split the room which allowed one side to keep dark and quiet even if the other side was still awake). The balcony is large and perfect for sitting or drying laundry. The breakfast was tasty, particular the fruit salad and omelettes. My little girls loved the apartment and breakfast. The hotel is 2 min walk from the town with its restaurants and shops but since it’s on a side street, it’s surprisingly quiet all the time. Honesty a great place and a great deal .

The washing machine didn’t really wash out the stains on my kids’ clothes but that could be because they were hard to remove ones.

The location was brilliant - close enough to the town centre and lake to be able to easily walk, but in a very quiet environment. Although it was self catering, the option to have breakfast (to be booked in advance) was really useful. It has parking under the property, mostly in shade. We appreciated the airport transfer, which is the best way to get to the property from Verona airport.

Booking.com details mentioned soundproofing, but that was not our experience.

Nice and clean appartment, bathroom was very pretty. Allocated parking for car, bike room available.. great location, 2min to town center and 6min to the beach. Host was very nice and helpfull.

Did not like how booking com arranged my booking with my children..

5 minutes walk from an amazing beach, location is good for every attraction/trip we had, not crowded and the apartment was very comfortable

There were mosquitoes and the air con sometimes make weird noises

Absolutely fantastic location and great parking underneath. Breakfast was great on the roof terrace and everyone is very friendly.

Nothing not to like

We were sad that we only stayed one night as we couldn't make the most of this beautiful apartment. The interior design is beautiful and everything is of excellent quality. The balcony is spacious and parking is included. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place.

Sound proofing could be improved.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped, very comfortable. Our apartment was large with two balcony areas. The rooftop breakfast arrangement was excellent, both the food and the beautiful setting. It was even better than the photos showed. The attention to detail throughout the property was exceptional. The family who own the property were so helpful and the staff were lovely. The location within Bardolino was ideal - one minute walk to the main bus stop for travelling to other areas, a couple of minutes to the centre of town and five minutes to the ferry stop. Andrea picked us up at Verona airport and dropped us off again and gave us great advice on things to do and see in the area.

Love the place and that it was walking distance to downtown. Very cozy place with free secure parking. Love how responsive the owners were.

The breakfast was very good, the hotel is near to the lake and the old town, the staff is nice and friendly.
