This is a very nice hotel that is lovely & clean, great big rooms and comfortable although the pillows were slightly hard for me, that's only a personal preference. It's a shame for those little things before on the dislike section happened as we really did like the hotel and the cleanliness is great! Breakfast was to a fairly decent standard

I've had to knock it down a rating due to the parking at the hotel was £15 a day! Which isn't great but more so that we weren't informed of the price when the receptionist told us to park our car there for convenience. This did leave a little salt in the mouth. Also no access to a iron or facility so we had to pay €50 to get a few items ironed by the hotel which who did a terrible job!

Location is very central , close to restaurants and supermarkets

Everything is exceptional but there is one thing which they can improve on is wi-fi

The hotel was wonderful from the moment we arrived. We were given a warm welcome and our room was fantastic. The facilities were spectacular and the location was perfect. The icing on the cake was the staff. A special thank you must go to Gill at reception. Such a lovely lady and so knowledgeable. Thank you.

Very smart, modern and friendly hotel very located next to the centre of Bardolino. Room was very modern and well fitted out. Really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar as a place to relax after sightseeing. Great breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff. Really good underground parking.

A minor point and only relevant for families was a lack of privacy for the shower cubicle.

Everything ! Extremely comfortable, excellent facilities and very helpful staff. Great location only a few minutes walk from great restaurants and the lake.

What a beautiful hotel located in just a short walk from the center of Bardolino. Hotel was really tidy, classy and the breakfast was lovely. I strongly recommend. :)

The bed was really hard. Maybe an extra matress would help?

The staff could not have been more helpful, everyone was pleasant and always smiling. The hotel was a great situation, a little away from the crowd, quiet, but a walk away from the centre of the liveliness. Lovely breakfast.

Excellent hotel in perfect location to explore Bardolino. Food was lovely and hotel was spotlessly clean. Exceptional staff, everything was excellent would highly recommend.

Great location, out of the busy area but just 2 mins walk into the main area. The room was lovely, very spacious and everything you need for a perfect stay. The breakfast had a good mixture of choices. I thought this hotel was perfect in every way !
