Love this hotel!!! Fabiana at reception was so helpful and accommodating. We had a beautiful room overlooking the lake and the hotel provides a beach bag with towels and flip flops. Lovely touch. Great selection at breakfast, hotel staff bring you coffee to your table on a lovely terrace overlooking the Lake. It’s a 10 minute walk into the centre of Bardolino which is more lively and noisier. I liked the fact this hotel was just outside the centre and felt more relaxing.

We loved everything about this Hotel and especially the fact that is wasn't too big. The bedroom was very comfortable and not too big or too small. Breakfast was really nice and very fresh. . Lovely reception area and breakfast room. The staff were excellent, very friendly and always ready to help....The proximity to the bars and restaurants was perfect. We also booked transfers to and from the Airport through the Hotel and both transfers were seamless.. The bikes were in brilliant condition and were great for our trips to see neighbouring villages. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again🙂

We booked this Hotel for our Daughter and Son in law. This is their review. We stayed at Hotel Kriss for our honeymoon, absolutely fantastic. Great views of the lake from our balcony. Located a short lake side walk from Bardolino town. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay at Lake Garda.

I absolutely loved the location of Kriss Hotel in Bardolino. Situated right on the shores of Lake Garda, the views were breathtaking. The serene atmosphere and the tranquil setting made for a truly relaxing getaway. The hotel's proximity to the town center was also a major plus, allowing for easy exploration of the charming streets, shops, and restaurants.

The Wi-Fi connection in the rooms was inconsistent, which was a minor inconvenience.

Location was perfect, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful with options to eat and relax both indoors or outdoors in a beautiful setting.

Location is great. Close to gas station and supermarket plus right by the water and the promenade.

Breakfast was tasty, very attentive staff, food was nicely served and fresh. Location was close to the lake and old town. Surprisingly after check in we were invited for glass Prosecco at lobby. We recommend this hotel for nice holiday.

The hotel is in an excellent lakeside location, only a few minutes walk to the main town. The staff are all very friendly & helpful. Breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of choice

It was near the city centre, just a short walk on the beach away. There was enough parking spaces, the breakfast was great. Staff was nice and helpful.
