We have just had such a lovely stay here! The staff are all super friendly and helpful - they really can’t do enough :) breakfast was definitely a highlight, love the extensive choice and the high quality of the produce, super tasty. Poolside snack was also a lovely little treat in the afternoon. Just all round thoughtful little touches make this hotel special! The walk into Garda (15 minutes) is not a problem even in the heat and the roads are very safe.

Very welcoming hotel. Greeted with glass of Prosecco and tour of room. Room was extremely clean and a good size with balcony overlooking the pool with Lake Garda in the background. Good choice of pillows and lovely pool area although the jacuzzi could have done with a clean. Excellent choice of breakfast and food was excellent although it all comes at once. Borrowed the eBikes which were good fun and value. There is a free shuttle bus to lake but it is only a 10 minute walk, excellent location. We ate at the hotel each night and the food was good.

Breakfast was better than most 5 star hotels I have been before, fresh, well done and delicious. The room was very comfortable, room size, toilet are good enough. The coldest days in the year there were warm drink and hand made cookies for the guests every afternoon. Everyday from 16:00 to 17:00, guests can have free snacks at the main hall, that i think is really nice. The Spa is brand new and worthy the visit

No negative. Just the kitchen employees need to read the service order for the breakfast better as we were offered items we did not requested

Our stay here was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we arrived we were given welcome drinks and cookies! The staff were really helpful and friendly helping with all of our questions and giving recommendations on where to go and how to get there. The hotel itself was lovely. Very clean and modern with a lovely pool. I would 100% recommend.

The only slight downside was the walk to the hotel from the centre. It was only about 15 minutes but there really is nothing else to say!

Very friendly staff, clean and good sized room with balcony affording views over the lake and decent bathroom- upon arrival we were offered complimentary drink and room had complimentary wine wine fresh rose petals scattered across floor and bed 😊 Breakfast, as many others have said, is superb with a massive choice of fresh bread, fruit, cheese, cereals and cooked dishes (all choices need to be made the day before) Location is good with the town 1km away - a gentle 15 min stroll or take the free bus or free cycles, ad has underground parking with lift to your floor

I first visited this hotel back in 2017 and was so impressed I vowed to return as soon as I could. We stayed last week for 5 nights and once again it was very good but I didn’t feel the same vibe; maybe as it was peak season. The highlights are the staff, who are incredible attentive and friendly and the pool. On arrival we were greeted with welcome drinks and snacks and there were rose petals laid on the bed. These little touches really add to you feeling welcomed. Breakfast is extensive but you do have to pick what you want from a large menu the day before. This can be a bit annoying as you don’t know what you’ll fancy in the mornings. Dinner was nice but heavily seafood orientated. Service was excellent as ever. You get a surprise snack around the pool everyday which is a lovely touch. Although, I couldn’t help but compare it to previously where there was a pool service and the staff regularly checked to see if you wanted a drink and would bring out complimentary olives, for example. This time it lacked a bit of that and I guess it was because of it being busier. That is not to detract from the hard working staff though; if you needed anything there was also someone around to ask. The pool is very nice, with whirlpool areas and we easily spent all day there. Unfortunately, it is next to a road and as it was peak season it was rather loud. I’m sure before they used to leave the waterfall feature running and that blocked out some of the noise. This time you had to press a button and it only comes on for around 15 seconds. There are plenty of beds and there was never a rush to secure one. However, this does mean the beds are a bit cramped and bunched together. I would suggest the hotel looks at changing the decking though; it is looking a bit tired and worn now and it gets ridiculously hot in the sun. The rooms are nice and the bathroom was lovely with a walk in shower.

Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, great a la cart breakfast, extra afternoon snack on the house. Parking underground. We traveled witd kids, so they offered us two rooms next to each other, which were walk-through rooms - very practical.

SPA only with reservation. which is OK, but we coudn't get the reservation. It was fully booked every day so we did not use it.

Exceptional choice and quality of breakfast served by friendly staff. Room spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Friendly staff on reception, giving useful help and advice.

Not a criticism, and we understand your aim for very high cleanliness standards, but in order to be even more environmentally friendly, the bathroom and swimming towels do not need changing every day. We did see the note if we wanted towels changed to leave them on the floor, but they were changed every day when not requested.

Lovely hotel, lovely people running it. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, although better the first day than the second. The jacuzzi outside is a nice touch. I get other reviewers' comments about the busy road next to the swimming pool, but it's not such a big deal. We would stay here again.
