The room felt very nice and was exceptionally clean, with hardwood floors and nice bathroom facilities. Staff was very helpful in helping us make the most of our time, telling us what to visit and which ferries to take. The hotel property itself is small but they have relationships with a lot of other local businesses, so they have e.g. an amazing daily breakfast right next door, they coordinate sunset boat tours around the peninsula, they have a partner fine dining restaurant (La Rucola 2.0, a must visit), and they helped coordinate laundry and taxis for us. It’s a truly beautiful setting and a great place to stay.

The area tends to be packed with tourists—not a problem when you’re in the hotel itself but might be a consideration if you’d rather be away from the thick of things.

Everything started splendidly when, on arrival, we were told that both rooms our group had booked had been upgraded to premium rooms. The rooms were wonderfully spacious, clean and with a delightful view of the old city. Service was faultless - excellent recommendations of things to try, and restaurants to visit. Location is perfect for walking tours in the old city, and the shuttle to/from the private parking was exceptionally convenient. And you'll want that private parking too if you visit by car - the public car parks were unbelievably full when we stayed. The included breakfast was delicious - a range of hot and cold, savory and sweet dishes with delicious fresh pastries. It would be easy to eat enough that you wouldn't need anything else for the rest of the day!

Just superb. The hotel is the centre of numerous experiences and dining all arranged by the amazing manager/ owner Tanina who personally booked restaurants/ cafes and a superb sunset boat trip with a delightful captain. Tanina was able to get us great tables in each of the locations from a simple cafe to the best restaurants. Totally stress free and everywhere as good as was promised. Breakfast in the cafe a few metres away was extensive. Had cocktails on lovely waterfront terrace in a sister hotel again a few metres away. Free sun loungers at Jamaica Beach. Free luxury toiletries, free soft drinks in mini bar. A brilliant experience akin to a 5 star hotel with multiple activities and various catering / bar facilities

Excellent location, clean and modern rooms. Best of all were the staff, especially Tanina at the front desk. We felt that we were personal guests of hers, she was so helpful and went over and above with everything we needed. She even contacted a doctor and arranged a medication prescription for an eye infection. The return airport transfer provided by the hotel was a lot better value than what we paid to get there. The breakfast is at the restaurant a few steps away and is very good, not a buffet but a table service breakfast. There is a good mini bar, some snacks and they left us a gift of a tote bag. There were many cosmetic products in the bathroom. The only small thing missing for me was a full length mirror but that wasn’t essential! I can’t recommend this hotel enough and Sirmione itself is just beautiful.

Tanina at reception was phenomenal, warm, extremely knowledgeable and well organized, very personable and full of useful info that enabled us to optimize our visit in the Garda region. The higher end restaurants she recommended were exactly to our taste. Parking was very convenient and the noise from the crowds outside was well controlled in our room. The breakfasts were wonderful. We liked the idea of the hotel’s arrangement with a great restaurant for breakfast across the street.

Sermione is wall-to-wall tourists, so the ambient noise level is high - day and night. It’s hard to keep the windows open.

Let’s start with the hotel. Excellent location, right in the middle of Sirmione so close to all restaurants, ferries and walks. Room was a comfortable size as was the bathroom. Soundproofing was good. Nice touches with complimentary toiletries, snacks and drinks. Breakfast at the restaurant was really good. Great selection and attentive staff who were happy to provide more coffee, juice etc. Now I’ll get to the real jewel of this hotel - Tanina. She is just the most amazing hostess I’ve ever come across at a hotel. Organised taxi transfers, boat trip, wine tasting, dinner and gave advice about where to go and what to see. Nothing was too much trouble. It was my husband’s birthday and she went out of her way to make it special. She is such an asset to this hotel I would return because of her.

Think the slats in the bed could do with realigning but didn’t affect my sleep

What a fabulous little hotel in the centre of the town -a great location. We arrived by ferry from Garda Town and it was a 2 min walk to the hotel. We had a great welcome and able to check in early for which we were grateful. The room was lovely - comfy beds, spotlessly clean and great aircon which we needed as it was super hot. The bathroom, although on the small side had a great shower and some very luxurious toiletries which we used. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, along with cold drinks and snacks that we didn't have to pay any extra for. Breakfast was also very good with a selection of hot and cold food. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and organised our taxi transfer to Verona airport allowing us to leave our luggage at the hotel until we were ready to leave mid afternoon. Would highly recommend this hotel .

The only downside was that we were only in Sirmione for one night, would have loved to have stayed longer.

Wow. We parked at the suggested nearby car park and received a free shuttle to (and from) the hotel. At first I thought we had made a mistake because it was such a nice place and in an amazing location. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful and showed us around. The rooms are clean, modern, and just feel fancy. The location couldn't be better - you are in walking distance to everything. We could not believe how good breakfast was, and how well we were looked after. Visiting here was the highlight of our trip. Do not hesitate to book a room here!

There was nothing we didn't like - it's an amazing hotel.

Tanina, at the front desk was absolutely the most helpful person I’ve ever meet when traveling. Her recommendations were spot on- best dinner ever at Michelin star restaurant and incredible good value. Also walked us to the port for boat cruise around the island, SHE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! We were so impressed with every recommendation she gave us from the authentic gelatos, to timing to see Castle Scalageri to avoid crowds. She walked us to the breakfast place- next door 100 feet and it was outstanding as well- eggs , pancakes with fresh fruit pastries etc. PARKING IS INCLUDED,and they have a special lot and they bring you to and from in golf cart. The hotel also sticks minibar with water and juice and coke- free and chips💕

Noisy weekend due to bank holiday and lots of crowds

The room was perfectly spacious for a couple to stay and was very clean, housekeeping service your room each day throughout your stay. Location was perfect, right in the centre of the small town and the breakfast included across the way made it excellent value for money in my opinion. Hotel staff were extremely welcoming and happy to assist in any way they could, in some circumstances going above and beyond.

The only thing I would say as a negative (and it really is a small thing) is there is no mirror in the room, other than just the one in the bathroom. A full length mirror or just any mirror of some sort would have been good to get ready whilst someone else is using the shower for example.
