The staff were very attentive and extremely helpful. I was travelling with my mother who was convalescing having recently been discharged from hospital Emita and Giovanni in particular would ask after my mother and make sure that she was comfortable and had everything that she required in order to have a stress free stay. I considered myself to be more of a regular guest with very much less special requirements but nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They very kindly assisted me with my attempts to improve my Italian, which I am very grateful for. I didn't expect to be in Italy this week, so I set myself the challenge to learn Italian from scratch (so thank you Emita, Giovanni and David (the owner)) Giovanni is a most attentive bar tender, serving fantastic shorts or cocktails and tolerate my attempts to improve my Italian. The staff are the hotels great asset . Other than of course the beach front location on Lake Garda "Oh Wow" what a most beautiful location tion, there is a dock you can get Ali along and a ladder down to they lake. The water is very mild temperature to go swimming in. I would try to swim each day. The hotel also has its own pool, small but perfectly adequate to take a dip and hill in the summer heat. The pool was a huge draw for the various guests children. I would highly recommend & would like to return again with my own family. Arrivvedirchi Emita e Giovanni Salut David

The fact I had to leave so soon.

The hotel location was exceptional and the restaurant and seating area were amazing. The staff was very professional and service minded. Rooms were good even if the third bed was a bit low (however surprisingly comfortable). Pool was clean and well maintained but without any extra features, There were always available sunbeds (not sure if the hotel was fully occupied or not).

Nothing, everything was good or better then good. Balcony was very big and felt almost empty with a few chairs and a table but it wasn't an issue, more an observation.

The hotel is situated in a quiet position next to the lake with it's own jetty and beach area with sunbeds and parasols. The swimming pool, which has steps, was very refreshing and was cleaned each day.. It is far enough from all the hustle and bustle for a good night's sleep but near enough for an amble into the old town. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. The bed was very comfortable with maid service each day and fresh towels too. The view from the balcony was beautiful, overlooking the lake and capturing the sunshine each day. Breakfast dining was inside or on the terrace outside overlooking the lake with a plentiful buffet and lots of choice. The meal from the restaurant on our first day was superb and cooked to perfection. Coffee making facilities in the room would have been an added bonus, but we would definitely stay again in a heartbeat regardless. Thank you.

Having to come home.

The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We liked the location of how close we are to bus stops and to have a nice walk into town. The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious. When staying by the pool it was relaxing. The beds were comfortable with great pillows and aircon.

The only small thing I disliked was how cramped the room felt, but other than that the stay was amazing.

I almost don’t want to share my feedback, as this place is a hidden gem. Location great, walkable to Sirmione and right by lake with wonderful pool. We had a very friendly welcoming by staff and throughout. Rooms didn’t look amazing on internet but we were positively surprised by them. They are very functional with nice balconies and the place is outstandingly clean (and trust me I can be quite picky!)

Breakfast options was bigger than many other Italian places but not up to other international standards.

The hotel is in a good location, right by the lake. It has a great pool and plenty of sunbeds. The hotel restaurant cooks excellently, drinks can be ordered on a deck chair. Breakfast quite OK, but the same every day. Parking in garages under the hotel. It is about a 30-minute walk to the center of Sirmione, you can use the bus. Sirmione is a wonderful romantic town full of good restaurants, great wine and delicious ice cream. A short distance from the hotel (by car) are vineyards, where you can buy local wine, and a long promenade around the lake (on foot). There are better beaches and swimming nearby than the hotel.

The hotel is older, the rooms are small, the air conditioning is weak (still 23 degrees), the shower is small, the equipment is old. The room on the ground floor had a balcony with a view of the "garden" to noisy air conditioning units and the crane - unfortunately we only used the balcony for drying swimwear. Disgusting instant coffee at breakfast! When we wanted real coffee (espresso), the waitress at breakfast wanted to pay it. The water in the lake near the hotel was not very clean. We only use the pool.

I liked the location of the hotel, near the lake. Also the rooms, although slightly outdated, are very clean, the mattress and pillows comfortable. I appreciated the kindness of the lady at reception

I didn't like the fact that there were no mosquito nets and although it was very hot in the room, I couldn't keep the terrace door open because of the multitude of insects

Having a dock to the lake was amazing. The fresh fish was excellent. Great service and beautiful patio for hanging out in the evening or any time! Lots of seating on the lawn. The bikes were super useful!

Only 2 small pillows on the queen bed. No secure baggage service but they did let us keep our bags in the lobby for morning check out activities.

Beautiful small hotel on the lakeside, very relaxed atmosphere. A bit of a walk into the old town but a lovely path all the way, there is a shuttle bus passing but it's often full. Lots of nice restaurant options within walking distance too. Wonderful breakfast spread every morning and the waiting and reception staff were always very welcoming and friendly. Recommended - would stay here again.

We stayed for a week and the restaurant was never open for evening dinner. Watch out for the cot fee - we accepted a €15 fee which was shared in English and through Booking.com interface as a total fee - we discovered at check-out that the Italian message stated it as a per-night fee and added up to an unexpected charge of €105. We wouldn't have booked the cot if we knew, it actually didn't get used.

Traditional hotel on the lake shore with a small pool and a pier which gave great access to the Lake. It was a 2km walk into the old town but there are nice restaurants with lake views within 0.5 km if you go up the main road and turn right - away from the old town.
