It was a truly memorable stay – the kind of experience that makes you want to return. Of course, everyone’s opinion is subjective, but for us this was an exceptionally good place to stay. Cleanliness: This B&B is spotless – genuinely one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. We were there for only two nights (unfortunately!), but even after the first night, the room was cleaned and refreshed to a top hotel standard. We didn’t expect that level of service in a B&B. Perfectly white towels, fresh and beautifully scented bedding – everything felt immaculate. The Room: Thoughtfully decorated, harmonious in style, and very comfortable. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom, with a beautiful design and tasteful details. Soundproof windows, blackout curtains, and a firm yet comfortable bed made for an excellent rest. Little Extras: On the floor and in the kitchen, you’ll find water, tea, and coffee available at any time. We were also offered complimentary cola, juice, and beer . Parking: parking is available right behind the house. Breakfast: Breakfast was a real highlight. There’s a generous variety of options already prepared, plus you can order from the menu and enjoy a huge, delicious cappuccino. Everything was fresh, tasty, and filling – clearly prepared with care, and in quantities well beyond what you’d expect. The House and Surroundings: We didn’t spend much time at the property, but the terrace is beautifully arranged and perfect for relaxing if you have the chance. There are so many thoughtful details throughout the house that it feels filled with soul – you can sense the care and love put into every corner. The Hosts: Andrea and Romana are a wonderful couple, running this B&B with the help of Jako =). They are warm, helpful, and truly dedicated. We regret not having spent more time with them, as they are such lovely people to talk to, and it would have been wonderful to hear more of their story.

La Fabia is in a fantastic location, making it an excellent choice for a stay in Sirmione. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed—Andrea greeted us warmly and arranged a parking spot for us. The house is beautifully decorated, exuding both style and comfort, and everything was impeccably clean. The warm welcome made us feel right at home. Ramona prepared a delicious omelet for breakfast, while Andrea made the perfect cappuccino—small touches that made our stay even more special. The bed linen was spotless and of outstanding quality, comparable to what you'd find in a five-star hotel. Overall, La Fabia offers an exceptional experience with thoughtful hospitality, a stylish and cozy ambiance, and top-notch service. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation is exceptionally beautiful and spotlessly clean. Everything is new and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent – close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. The hosts are very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with something for everyone. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely and well maintained property. It had excellent AC which was much needed in the summer. I am English and live in Milan and have explored northern Italy a lot - B&B La Fiaba is one of the best places I have stayed. The welcome from the hosts was very warm and they shared some great recommendations. The breakfast was really great and was different for the two mornings we were there. The hosts kindly offer you free bikes to use during your stay which are helpful. For me the location is perfect. It is not in the old town of Sirmione which is packed all day with tourists. This makes the B&B a great place to escape. The room had a lovely terrace. I just loved it.

Just a stunning little apartment. We had the upmost amazing stay here. The hosts were very welcoming and they personally made us breakfast and cleaned our rooms. They showed us the best locations and restaurants to visit in Sirmione. The room was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities and the shower was deluxe. They even offered a private parking spot which was great since we had a rental car.

The room was bright, clean and comfortable with high ceilings and beautiful light fixtures. The bathroom was quite roomy with a gorgeous, walk-in shower. The breakfast area was very comfortable with individual tables as well as tables out on the terrace if you choose to eat outside. The breakfast was quite delicious and the family couldn’t have been nicer.

We loved everything about this property. They even gave us the garage to keep our tandem bicycle in and they have nice bikes if you want to use one of those to go into town.

We loved everything. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable (the bed was amazing!) and our balcony/ terrace was a lovely place to relax. Ramona and Andreas were the perfect hosts, giving us recommendations and serving a delicious breakfast. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

This property is one of Sirmione's hidden gems. It may not be in the historic center, but the bus stop is very close, and the furnishing of the rooms, the comfort and the kindness of the hosts really provide a unique experience. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great wariety compared to other typical Italian accomodations. The rooms were really nicely designed and comfortable. We would like to thank Ramona and her family for the kind hospitality, and we hope that we will be able to return soon.

Room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Everything was fresh, especially the fresh orange juice. The private balcony was simple without special views. But the building was located on a quiet street. So somehow we felt very relaxed when using the balcony. The restaurants recommended by the hosts were good too. One morning, we saw the B&B staffs handle the room cleaning process. They were detailed and efficient. We were impressed.

The room was very nice and spacious. The climatisation was already running when we arrived which was very pleasant. The hosts are very welcoming. There are some bikes at disposal (for free), very convenient to reach the old town. The breakfast is very complete.
