From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Miriam, we knew our stay was going to be a good one. Such a lovely place, our room was spotless and spacious, the pool area is private with plenty of room, the gardens are kept beautifully and the parking space was a real bonus. Breakfast is fresh and varied so caters for everyone, I loved the home made touches that were provided every morning. Location to Lake Garda was literally on the doorstep and we had a lovely view of it from our balcony. Thank you so much!

So much to like. The host and staff were fantastic. Breakfast was great and served in a lovely sunroom. So much choice and variety and willingness to please (epitomised by presenting me with a birthday cake on the appropriate day). Our room felt private and we had a lovely sunny courtyard to ourselves and use of a fabulous pool with loungers and shades.

TV wasn’t a Smart TV so, if that’s important for anyone, be aware!

Very welcoming, lovely breakfast, which varied each day. Clean and fresh bedroom (air conditioning was a life-saver). The pool was great and never busy, as this is a small establishment. A quiet area about 2 minutes walk from the lake, close (about 5-10 minute walk) to a choice of restaurants and the shuttle bus into Sirmione old town.

The host and staff were fantastic, breakfast was amazing, it varied each day and the lady serving it was wonderful. The room was lovely, very clean and spacious, with a lovely private seating area outside. There was a great pool with loungers, and the property was just a short walk from the lake.

Cozy and clean room with comfortable mattress and enough space. Hosts are very kind and friendly, the hospitality is 5*. Very good breakfast, freshly made pancakes and cakes with good coffee and plant based milk if you need. The lake is very close even it can be seen from the room, the old town of Sirmione is about a half an hour walk, but it is doable. Good recommendations regarding restaurants and sights.

Very cosy and quaint B&B, the hosts were absolutely amazing, happy to help with any issues- we had some trouble getting taxis and Ubers and they did not hesitate to assist. Breakfast was lovely with amazing service. Could not recommend more!

The apartment is clean and spacious. We saw a lake from our window and door. The neighbourhood is quiet and you can take 5 min stroll to the lake. It was good to have a breakfast there as well. I enjoyed the staying there!

nice, clean, quiet environment with a lot of living space, good breakfast, owner's responsiveness, parking availability, easy to find. we came to rest for a weekend and this place is/was perfect for that.

it is not so close to the old part of Sirmione, but taxi works :)

Very quiet, lovely breakfast with super good coffee, clean swimmingpool. Easy to get with the loop bus to Sirmione old town. 5mins foot walk - 2,50€ buying tickets on bus. Private parking

It is right by the lake and beach. The home is welcoming and comfortable. Everyone made us feel right at home. I would stay there again!
