The hotel is situated in a quiet position next to the lake with it's own jetty and beach area with sunbeds and parasols. The swimming pool, which has steps, was very refreshing and was cleaned each day.. It is far enough from all the hustle and bustle for a good night's sleep but near enough for an amble into the old town. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. The bed was very comfortable with maid service each day and fresh towels too. The view from the balcony was beautiful, overlooking the lake and capturing the sunshine each day. Breakfast dining was inside or on the terrace outside overlooking the lake with a plentiful buffet and lots of choice. The meal from the restaurant on our first day was superb and cooked to perfection. Coffee making facilities in the room would have been an added bonus, but we would definitely stay again in a heartbeat regardless. Thank you.

I almost don’t want to share my feedback, as this place is a hidden gem. Location great, walkable to Sirmione and right by lake with wonderful pool. We had a very friendly welcoming by staff and throughout. Rooms didn’t look amazing on internet but we were positively surprised by them. They are very functional with nice balconies and the place is outstandingly clean (and trust me I can be quite picky!)

Breakfast options was bigger than many other Italian places but not up to other international standards.

The hotel is in a good location, right by the lake. It has a great pool and plenty of sunbeds. The hotel restaurant cooks excellently, drinks can be ordered on a deck chair. Breakfast quite OK, but the same every day. Parking in garages under the hotel. It is about a 30-minute walk to the center of Sirmione, you can use the bus. Sirmione is a wonderful romantic town full of good restaurants, great wine and delicious ice cream. A short distance from the hotel (by car) are vineyards, where you can buy local wine, and a long promenade around the lake (on foot). There are better beaches and swimming nearby than the hotel.

The hotel is older, the rooms are small, the air conditioning is weak (still 23 degrees), the shower is small, the equipment is old. The room on the ground floor had a balcony with a view of the "garden" to noisy air conditioning units and the crane - unfortunately we only used the balcony for drying swimwear. Disgusting instant coffee at breakfast! When we wanted real coffee (espresso), the waitress at breakfast wanted to pay it. The water in the lake near the hotel was not very clean. We only use the pool.

Beautiful small hotel on the lakeside, very relaxed atmosphere. A bit of a walk into the old town but a lovely path all the way, there is a shuttle bus passing but it's often full. Lots of nice restaurant options within walking distance too. Wonderful breakfast spread every morning and the waiting and reception staff were always very welcoming and friendly. Recommended - would stay here again.

We stayed for a week and the restaurant was never open for evening dinner. Watch out for the cot fee - we accepted a €15 fee which was shared in English and through Booking.com interface as a total fee - we discovered at check-out that the Italian message stated it as a per-night fee and added up to an unexpected charge of €105. We wouldn't have booked the cot if we knew, it actually didn't get used.

The pool area and the access to the lake are great. It's a good way to relax and spend the day. The location is ideal to walk to restaurants and the old town. Our host was really helpful on our check in and helping us arrange taxis.

The bed was a bit hard and it took a bit for the air conditioning to work properly, and you need to pay for the use of pool towels. The restaurant is open only 2 days a week, and the service at lunch was really slow. We waited 30 minutes to get water :(

Lovely lakeside Hotel. Fabulous view. Clean and spacious room for a solo traveler. Fantastic breakfast. Welcoming and friendly staff. Short walk, 20 min, or 5 min bus, into Sirmione. A nice POOL and beachfront access. Quiet and peaceful. Hotel populated by mostly Europeans. Loved my stay there!!!!!

Bed was a little hard, but the room was clean and had a lovely balcony!!! A large group somewhat took over the pool and loungers but minimally problematic.

Room was great with a nice sized balcony with views of the lake. The garden is perfect with sun beds and shades. Walking distance in to town and great parking facilities. Bar service in the garden was really good also.

Breakfast was nice but quite simple. We have had much better buffet breakfast tables.

The staff were really lovely to me and my daughter, it was our first ever trip outside of the UK and they made us feel super welcome and looked after. The views were insane, especially the beautiful sunsets of which you can have the perfect view right from your bedroom, or outside with some ice-cream. The breakfast was pretty good too, the hot chocolate they made my daughter was the best I've ever had. You are only 15 mins slow walk from the main touristy part of sirmione.

Not a fault of the hotel which was great but just general information about the area, l felt it was difficult to get to via public transport when travelling with a young child, we ended up getting a taxi which wasn't cheap. Would probably recommend renting a car or even a bike to get around.

Staff were extremely helpful and would do anything for you. Location was good too, about 25mim walk to the castle. The view from our room was beautiful and was lovely it had a balcony

Could do with a bit more food options, but still found something to eat fine

Location is great, close to historical center and by the lake. Pool was also great. Breakfast was ok, although there should be food available till the end of breakfast. Room was clean and spatious, with nice balcony. Parking in the garage or outdoor is available for free.

The only thing that really botherd us is noise coming from the plumbing in neighbour room. Our bed was right beside their bathroom wall and we woke up in the middle of the night because they were taking shower at 2 a.m. and hairdryer was super loud. Same thing in the morning. Quite anoying..
