Donatella, the owner, was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and the swimming pool was a nice size and had plenty of sun loungers to accommodate all guests. The neighbourhood was quiet and was a 30 minute walk into the old town or alternatively there is a regular bus service which stops nearby. There are plenty of nice places to eat within 10 minutes walk.

The shower cubicle in our room was quite small.

clean sheets and towels, many useful storage surfaces, big balcony, good location, decent breakfast, tasty coffee, hospitable owner.

slow shower drain, paper thin walls - weak sound isolation, several spiders and smaller bugs on wall and ceiling, balcony sitting furniture was partly covered with spider web and bird poop (which is uderstandable to some degree, considering the natural surroundings).

This was a lovely hotel. Room was very airy and clean with a balcony. Owner and staff were very helpful and provided a nice breakfast. I scored high for the location because, although it was a walk into the main area which we knew before we arrived, it was quiet and a lovely area. Nice restaurant around the corner.

The bathroom was tired in comparison to the rest of the room.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, we got a room with the balcony with garden and pool view but we could see lake in both sides as well. Nice park and pier nearby. Tasty cocktails in the bar downstairs, cosy pool area. Breakfast small but tasty

Pillows and shower were not comfortable, about 40min walking to Sirmione castle

A charming little family-run hotel with a great location, historic centre within walking distance. Owner is reallly kind and does everything to make your stay perfect. Breakfast is fine with fresh pastries and cold cuts. Our room had a balcony with a nice view on the lake A great accomodation to explore Sirmione and the surroundings.

Hotel with old charm, friendly staff and we had a balcony with a lake view. Location is very nice. Sirmione old town in walking distance. Beds were comfortable and the mini fridge was an excellent addition. Clean rooms. Private parking.

Shower pressure was very poor and shower stall was too small for us.

What I like about the hotel was the family vibe, we felt really at home, even the breakfast when the hostess was constantly offering fresh stuff like a boiled egg or a cappuccino, which was really nice to have!

It was just a minor thing that we couldn't turn on the air conditioning, but it could have been our personal difficulty. And the fact that there were lots of blackouts in sequence.

Location was great! Walkable to the main area without having to pay or deal with expensive and busy parking lots. The gentleman who checked us in (owner?) is super friendly and provided great hospitality. Room is very clean and maintained. Individually controlled AC is a huge plus! Delicious included breakfast!

Nothing it’s great

Lovely grounds with space to relax and enjoy the view, very helpful and friendly owner, good breakfast, comfortable room.

Others have mentioned the tiny shower but at least it had a door! So many showers in Europe are open and the whole bathroom gets wet when one showers.

Really helpful owners, great quiet location but only 3 minutes walk from Sermione circular bus route bus stop, ice cream shop, several restaurants and lakeside beach. Attractive pool area which is big for the number or rooms so never busy. Hotel was very clean and maintained with daily maid service. Lovely continental choice for breakfast with boiled eggs if wanted. Really reasonably priced for location.

There was nothing to not like. It is a beautiful well run hotel.
