Very nicely furnished and well kept apartment with two large balconies, impeccably clean. Especially appreciated the attention to details that made the first day easier: coffee and dishwasher capsules, bottles of cold water in the fridge etc. It's obvious that the owners know how to do hospitality! TV with a lot of useful online options. We parked right in front of the house, but there is also an undeground garage under the building. The location is amazing, 5 min to the beach, 6 min to a decent grocery store, and a few good restaurants nearby. The location is also a good starting point to explore the rest of Garda Lake, because it's very close to main roads around it. We really recommend this place!

Two tiniest nitpicking suggestions :) : one window was lacking some kind of light blocking, which made the living room a bit too bright at night. And another practical one: lids for smaller pots. Otherwise all great!

The host and his son were very nice and helped us with everything. Great location, many shops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby, yet the apartment is not located on the main street so there's not too much noise. We liked so much we decided to stay an extra week which was not a problem and we got fresh sheets and towels on demand. Comfortable bed and sofa. Plenty of utensils for cooking. Would definitely book again.

Slightly thinner walls, you could sometimes hear people in the hallway but that didn't bother us much.

We were three nights. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are large. Everything is clean and maintained. Breakfast is not served at this property. The house is 3km away from the center. From the building to the center there is a beautiful walking path. Next to the building there are many restaurants, bakeries. A little further you can find bigger stores like Penny and Migross.

I didn't like the fact that they charge 6 euros per person for changing towels. We stayed in apartment 104 where the ketler was not working and water was leaking from the Nespresso. As I was charging my mobile phone next to the coffee machine, I ruined my mobile phone and had to buy a new one upon arrival.

Lovely apartment….. comfy bed, plenty wardrobe space, nice bathroom & well equipped kitchen….Great location for visiting historic part of Sirmione (40 minute walk or shuttle bus)… lots of nice restaurants/cafes close at hand too…. Host was extremely friendly & helpful

The apartment was large and had plenty of room to move around, providing a comfortable living space. It was tidy and spotless, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment. The presence of an underground garage provided a secure place to park our car. The apartment had a Nespresso machine which allowed us to enjoy high-quality coffee whenever we wanted, adding an extra touch of luxury for our stay. It si located near Sirmione which we could visit by foot.

The wifi was a bit slow, so this made it difficult to work or stream content during our stay.

Amazing, amazing and amazing again. Around the corner there is a bakery and a restaurant, the owner was very helpful, kind and friendly, he advised us where to look, he gave us a map. If you are looking for accommodation in Sirmione, you have certainly found the right place. The kitchen was super equipped. We have absolutely nothing to complain about and would definitely like to come back.

We stayed 2 nights and everything is so nice. Room is clean, parking is sufficient in front the accommodation and its basement garage. There’s plenty resturants , cafe , bar and supermarket nearby. Very good location. Quiet due to the good insulation, even there’s a pub nearby with loud music during the weekend, we didn’t hear anything while the door close.

The appartment was really awesome. The building is modern and clean. The fact that the appartment is equipped with an AC unit is great, especially during the Italian summer. The building is located next to the main street of Sirmione, with quite some restaurants and pubs in its surroundings. Furthermore, the bakery, supermarket, and the laundry service are all within less than 5 minutes walking.

The advertisement of this appartment clearly states that it has "sound proof appartments" and a "garden". The rooms are not sound proof. You hear people walking inside the building and you hear kids when they cry. The garden is basically non-existing, unless when you call a paved square area on the right side of the building a garden. There were no garden chairs, tables, etc. There is a real garden next to the building (left side) is privat property and we were not allowed to use this.

Nice apartment located in the center of Colombare but 3 km away from old city center Sirmione. Where the ap is located is surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. The owner was very friendly

We really liked the facilities, which are brand new and of excellent quality and good taste. The location is perfect and the management support was very professional. It is comparable if you were in your own residence.
