Although hotel looks older from outside, inside it is renewed and is able to provide you all you can need. It is located out of the main street in Sirmione, so it is a quiet place. Our room was clean and quiet and well equipped. Hotel provided daily cleaning service. Hotel stuff was very kind and willing to help. Pool was clean and there were enough beds and umbrellas. Parking was free, if no empty slot for you in a hotel, you can park on the street, no problem. Bar was opened 24/7 and well stocked. Breakfasts were very rich with a lot of italian cheeses, ham and other well known foods.

It was great, the staff were lovely, our room was perfect and very clean, albeit this is not a 5 star hotel but perfectly adequate for our stay, which was meant to be 5 days but we extended it to 7 and would have stayed for 9 if there was availability. The pool was a good size and just what we needed on our rest days. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. The hotel is close enough to the bus stop which made getting in to the town very easy, buses come every 20 minutes. Sirmione is one of the most beautiful towns to stay in on the lake. We traveled the whole of the lake and this was by far our favourite.

Staff on reception not helpful and almost rude, barely look up from computers to acknowledge you. No smiles or good mornings/nights. No light on balcony and quite dated balcony. Food at the Snack bar was very poor quality and very expensive. Slightly to far out of main town but easy to shuttle In or fine if you have a car or cycle.

Myself, my sister and our Mom stayed for 1 week at hotel holiday. The room was very spacious, clean with breath taking views of the lake - sunrise and sunset. The area was quiet with a 1 min walk to the lakeside walk, beach and great beach bar for a sunset meal. The bus stops were a 10min walk to all the nearest tourist attractions. The hotel had a great pool and pool bar for relaxing days. The staff were incredible and answered all our questions - they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel breakfast had a wide selection of food and although there was no restaurant there was several restaurants within walking distance - would recommend Nonna Dinas!

The property is very well located, close to the beach. The rooms are very good looking, modern and comfortable. The room also had a view of the lake. Overall we were very satisfied with the accommodation. It was better than we expected and we got a very good price.

Overall, we were satisfied. However, what could be improved is perhaps the breakfast and the bike rental. The breakfast offer was excellent, but the omelette and bacon were not of the standard we are used to in hotels. Also, I was very disturbed by the sound of the toaster (the squeaking of the belt). The bike hire is overall very good that it is available and not expensive, but the fleet could do with some maintenance. (Opinion of a hobby cyclist)

The staff were amazing!! incredibly accommodating and was very impressed how a lot of the staff, at least behind the desk were able to shift between languages (from Italian to German to English depending on the guest), the room was wonderfully sized with an incredible view of the lake and kept exceptionally clean. The breakfast was perfect set up for our day.

Stylish modern property, well appointed and clean throughout. Welcoming staff and efficient arrival and departure procedures. Beautiful pool areas and lovely balcony. Staff very kind and not desperate to get ride of you on departure day. A refreshing change.

A few minor home comforts missing. Minibar empty (we were a very late booking however) kettle, bottle opener missing. Parking was full so had to park roadside, this was however also free and seemed a safe area.

Location: very close to Sirmeone centre, bus stop only 750m away. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Beach just a few steps down the road. Easy access to E70. The nice big pool and entertainment area at the pool with table tennis and fussball tables. Bar is accessible 24/7. Really friendly staff, all of them.

We expected more from the breakfast based on the reviews but nothing bad about. It was standard.

Everything! Amazing ladies who run the hotel will help you with anything. They are very friendly and always at your disposal. The rooms in hotel are brand new and nice. Breakfest is amazing and served till 11 in the morning. Nevertheless when you come there is alwasy a lot of food available.

The location is good and quiet. People are very good. I was stuck in traffic and snow in A10 from Austria. A lady called me when I was on the way to the hotel, and it was very late. My booking was pay later in the hotel. She waited us until over 9PM. The room is big and clean. It is worth for the money.
