The facility was very large. The transport hub was great. The staff was very warm and helpful.

First of all, the cleanliness was terrible. There were spiders and spider webs everywhere. There were massive spider webs in the upper corners of the bathroom. Also, the showerhead was very dirty. The inside of the toilet was the same. And the beach mentioned in the photos has nothing to do with its current condition. Moreover, I’ve stayed at many campsites, and this was the first time I had to pay extra for sheets and towels. It’s very disappointing that they didn’t mention this during the booking process.

There is parking available, the rooms were clean, good pillows, close to the beach. The staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay, the wifi was available.

When we arrived the one air conditioning was not on and the bedrooms were too hot to sleep in the first night. There was limited cooking equipment, and there was only one pan.

Pools were brilliant exceptionally clean and plenty of sun beds at any time of the day, direct access to the lake was really great. The grounds are well maintained, and all the staff were very friendly. Food at the beach bar and restaurant were of very good standard and catered well for my wife who is gluten intolerant.

Unassigned car parking outside of caravans, this wouldn’t normally be an issue however it was inconvenient when my daughter had an accident and broke her leg, whilst there was a car park space outside of our accommodation it was difficult to park at times due to some residents having more than one vehicle.

We loved the setup of the holiday village, which, despite being well-populated, gave a sense of privacy and tranquility. Everything is well-organized, and the free-roaming rabbits were a delightful surprise for the kids. The on-site shop is convenient for any urgent needs, making it possible to fully relax without leaving the complex. It's perfect for families with young children.

Perhaps due to the end of the season, a few elements of the houses were damaged, particularly the vents, which let in insects that bothered the kids. Aside from that, everything else was excellent!

The kids/fitness entertainers were exceptional, they worked so hard to ensure everyone enjoyed their stay. It was great entertainment in the evening. The lake beach and pools were perfect and the camp was kept well maintained despite a heavy hailstorm the day before our arrival.

There could have been a few more utensils and saucepans in the kitchen. We were travelling around Europe by train and the local bus service was appalling - only one bus an hour, never on time and ended relatively early in the evening. If you have a car, it's a great location to explore Lake Garda and beyond.

Nice location, lots of services

A few things which easily could be fixed: - Overpriced WiFi (if available at your caravan) 2.5EUR/hour or 15EUR/24hrs - Mandatory swimming cap in the outdoor pools, never seen such before - Air conditioner smelled really bad, I’m not sure that they are cleaned yearly

We came in summer and we really enjoyed the pool area especially the kids' pool, it's safe and they were entertained. The lifeguards took their job seriously and politely asked people to stick to the regulations.

Please keep in mind that for a family of four two body/hair wash was not sufficient, it wouldn't cost much to add to a total of four body/hair soup. One other thing is to leave some dishwashing liquid soap and a sponge available for the guests to clean the dishes. Another useful thing is that if you want guests to recycle and sort out their waste, please leave the right amount and coloured waste bags.

The location is beautiful and the place is equipped and you feel at home. It is good for families, especially the swimming pools for children in the hot summer in the village.

The distance between the cabins is very close, and the cabins do not have a barbecue oven, but it is not a big problem

Perfect location to discover the Garda lake. At Sirmione the beach is family friendly and not suddenly getting deep the water. The camping is beyond the expectation, great programs for adults and kids.

Apparently everything was fine, we would gladly turn back.

Really family friendly, the staff was really good with the kids and made a lot of games and fun during the day. We would love to come again!
