I would have preferred a complete braskfast, they only had sweets: marmalade, butter and packaged croissants. If you order anything else you need to pay. The noise - right in front of our room window, there was a villa under construction and every single morning at 7am the constructors started work and the noise was very big. I understand that this is not in the owner's control, however nobody else seems to be disturbed, since no one said anything about it during our 4 days stay. The air conditioning should be checked, since it doesn't seem to have much power to cool the entire room.

Perfect location, lovely staff, comfy beds and powerful showers. Place is dated but we loved that, it was very clean and perfect for what we wanted, a base for us to sleep in, have showers and wake up to good coffee. Wine and pizzas was also an added bonus. Unfortunately we had to leave a night early as our flights got cancelled and had to rebook for an earlier flight, this is an excuse to come back.

The best price/value relation in this area. Good location - close-by a bus stop with good connection to all nearby nice places like Desenzano center, Sirmione, Verona, etc. Cheap and well equipped (c+c) store - 3 mins by walk, nice beach - 10 mins by walk, you can buy really good pizza in site. Amazing, helpful and flexible staff always served the best service

The location is one in a purely Italian style, from the rooms, annex space as well as the pizzeria on the ground floor. The cleanliness is perfect, and the staff is very kind. I recommend the pizza made by them.

The rooms, even if they are very big and clean, have a slightly outdated design (as we used to say in the old Italian style), and the air conditioning works quite poorly (we lived in a room on the first floor where it was quite warm, outside being 33 degrees Celsius).

I liked since its quiet place. Big room, with all needed amenities, very clean. I was peasantly surprized room was cleaned every day even I stayed just 2 nights. They have nice pizzeria, its good to come after seeing places and relax in hotel, and have delicious pizza. Friendly hosts. Bus stop is nearby to reach center of Sirmione. Bike rent is not so far and was nice to see surroundings and Garda lake by bike.

Amazing place to stay if you want to visit the Garda lake. The place it is close to the lake and it has a free parking on the property. The staff it is nice and friendly and will help you with tips. You must try the pizza there.. it is amazing.. and the wine wooow. Everything it is with the correct price.

Everything was perfect!

The place was very cozy, and the staff were very welcoming and warm. The room was kept clean and nice. The breakfast was also very good and we enjoyed our stay.

Its a bit inconvenient if you have to use public transport as the hotel is a bit far to Sirmione, and the local buses are not the best service. Recommend to have you own car and use their parking.

We had a wonderful stay. There is a parking and a big convenience store nearby which is super convenient. You also get to bring on a shared balcony and fridge. The staff is really nice and helpful.

the shower was quite small. I kept bumping my elbows.

I will start with the host Daniele: Daniele is (in our eyes) the ideal host. Friendly, positive, endless smile and patience, warm hart and kind man. The apartment is very comfortable (including private parking place by the front door). The apartment has everything that a family need for a comfortable and happy stay. The location is great. Do not miss the excellent pizza that is home made in-front of your eyes in the restaurant of the hotel. It one of the best pizzas that we ate in Italy!!!!! We were so satisfied with the apartment that we stayed 2 nights extra :-)
