Beautiful room and very comfortable beds.

Tricky to get to without a car: there’s a bus stop outside the hotel but the bus only goes once an hour and is not reliable. It’s about an hour walk into town. Half the hotels rooms face the road, the other half the lake. Ours was road facing. We’d have had to pay euro 40 per night more to get a lake view. this is on top of euro 200 for the room per night; which seems a lot. There is no gym. There are no bicycles at the property to borrow - something that would help getting places. Pool is nice. What looks like grass in the photos is plastic lawn though. Wonderful terrace for breakfast. There were signs around the lake that due to parasites it’s not recommended to swim in it.

Rooms cleaned daily and modern style. The view from our room was directly on the lake, so very nice and the balcony large enough to enjoy the view. The breakfast was very good, with different kinds of food, international style but with an Italian touch, so very good. The maids who were in charge of the 'breakfast time, very careful and helpful.

The only thing I did not like was that at one lunch we ate at the hotel, we usually eat lunch at other restaurants than where we are staying. Since it was not in the ‘standard’ time the menu was very reduced, but we still decided to have lunch. My wife ordered a hamburger, definitely not up to the 'standard of this hotel, and I ordered a pizza, which to my surprise was a frozen one and cheap too!!! I also pointed out to the waiter that it is not possible for a restaurant in a 4-star establishment IN ITALY to have a frozen pizza (there are suppliers in the professional sector that make frozen pizzas that are also good but this one was definitely from the supermarket).

The room we booked was facing onto the lake. Lovely view. Room was clean and a good size. The staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a good choice each morning. We had a couple pf evening meals in the restaurant which were very good . The walk along the lake path to Desenzano took around 40 minutes. It was a lovely walk.

The local transport was very unreliable which was a shame. You never knew when the bus was going to arrive! It would be beneficial if the hotel reception could offer information of real time of buse timetable.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. We had a lake view room and the view was fantastic. The air conditioning was lovely and cold and very quiet and the balcony was nice and spacious. The people at front of house were absolutely great from the moment we entered the lobby and helped us with clear information of the area when we needed it. I would like to thank Sonia once again for helping us out when there were no taxis available👍🏻 The restaurant in this hotel is absolutely top class, we ate here 3 times and the reason for that is the menu is excellent and the head guy alesandro (Alejandro) excuse my spelling, and his team really looked after us so there was no point going elsewhere when such a lovely experience is on your doorstep😃 Would I stay here again? %100 YES!

Spacious rooms in comparison to bathrooms; very kind staff in the restaurant, very nice breakfast and coffee. Kettle and fridge in the room. Clean. Own parking. Nicely located right at the lake but without access to water. Stunning views in good weather :)

Rooms a bit dated; tiny bathroom, you step out of a small shower almost straight in the toilet.

A beautiful and elegant hotel with pleasant and attentive staff! The views were stunning, there is a lovely 50 minute walk into Desanzo. Comfortable bed.

Not the hotel's fault at all but the bus outside is not reliable at all. I strongly recommend downloading IT Taxis app on your phone and get your taxi's that way.

The hotel is beautiful, so clean and well managed . A fantastic terrace on which to enjoy your breakfast or evening meal.

Property between Desenzano & Sirmione, buses very unpredictable , tricky to move about without transport- a sure 30 min walk. we hired electric bikes, I believe the hotel has a few ordinary bikes. This wouldn’t put me off tho!

Beautiful hotel, nice breakfast, lovely view of lake.

Awkward distance from both Desenzano town and Sirimone. Made more difficult with very poor public transport and Ubers were very expensive if we were even able to get one.

The hotel is great and everything is up to top standart. The breakfast buffet is great and have view over the lake garda.

The only thing that we can say is that nothing is in walking distance exept beach bar that is good and one restaurant next door
