Staff was cheerful, helpful, professional. Sylvie and Guendalina at the front desk were caring and considerate, helping us with transportation and cultural concerns. The dining room staff was wonderful, courteous, and friendly. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety. The dining room included an outdoor area, and a beautiful view of the sophisticated indoor pool area with its changing light display. Across the street was an passage leading to the scenic lakefront promenade with Desenzano only a mile away. Rooftop lounges, putting green, exercise room all in top shape. Also walking distance to Rivoltella with its charming rustic restaurants and shops.

Room was a little small, but included a useful terrace. And no fault of the hotel, bus service to Desenzano and Sirmioni was wildly unpredictable. Best to walk to Desenzano and take the ferry to other lake locations, although schedules are limited. Taxis can be arranged by the front desk.

Lovely reception area and warm welcome at the hotel. Very comfortable and clean triple room with balcony and large shower room. Very nice dining room with terrace. Great breakfast choice, really enjoyed. Indoor pool a bonus in bad weather. Lovely, helpful staff throughout. Forgot to visit roof terrace but imagine nice. Parking could be busy but management staff always sorted out a place.

A little further from Desenzano centre than quoted, but walkable, just need to take your time and enjoy the lake views and park, good for building up an appetite and digesting afterwards. (Won’t cycle without helmets but bicycles are available to use)

Breakfast was amazing with many options. Rooftop outdoor jacuzzi and indoor heated swimming pool with jacuzzi were amazing. Free hire of bicycles for 4 hours was great addition, especially when it came with toddler seat attached. Staff was always very friendly, welcoming and helpful. There were happily sharing recommendations, giving us advices and even dropped us to train station when we were struggling to book taxi. The hotel and staff definitely went above and beyond with their service. I have not enjoyed my trip elsewhere more especially with my toddler.

The Admiral Hotel Villa Erme offers everything that we look for to suit our needs. The reception staff are welcoming and informative. This year we had a comfortable standard double room with a spacious balcony that offered lovely views over the lake. We have found the sound insulation very good and have not been disturbed by noise from adjoining rooms or from traffic noise. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast and the restaurant staff are again friendly and efficient, as are the room service staff. Although not used this year, the indoor pool and roof top jacuzzi are great places to chill. We very much appreciated the reserved parking offered this year.

The lift can seem a bit slow in arriving sometimes, otherwise nothing !

Great location at bottom of Lake Garda to use as a base. Loved that they had bikes we could use for free . Lake Garda was just down a small Road opposite and quite possible to cycle either to Sirmione or Desenzano. Also wine tasting visit nearby (30 min cycle) Breakfast and staff fantastic and pool a little bonus Would definitely recommend

Greatly appreciated parking though it was very small spaces in the underground area . However we moved to a better space the day before we left to avoid being blocked in and all was fine

We had a great time at Admiral Villa Erme. The staff is very friendly and always helpful and charming. The hotel is situated close to the bus stop with convenient connection to train station, Desenzano and Sirmione. We used the free bicycles several times. We did in particular enjoy the pool and the hot tub and the relaxing environment. We will consider coming back.

The bicycles should be maintained a bit better. Some lubrication and adjustment of gear and breaks is badly needed on most of them.

Beautiful views, a few meters from the lake. You can walk into Desenzano along the lake side in about 20 minutes where you can catch ferries to different places along the lake including a short return ferry to Sirmione for 6 euros. Lovely swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna, lots of places to lounge and relax including roof top terrace with hot tub. There is a bell to press there for bar service. Lovely tiles in the bathroom The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good including exceptional scrambled eggs and lots of cakes and pastries

The only thing I can think of was there wasn't a lot of choice for evening meal although the menu changed every day. We tried a few pasta dishes which were delicious. I would have liked a main salad dish. There are other restaurants within walking distance but we didn't try them.

Lovely hotel. The lady at reception is very nice , welcoming and helpful and the lovely young girl in the restaurant was awesome always smiling and happy to help. The location is close to Desenzano station and sirimione. Breakfast was delicious. My kids loved the swimming pool which stay open until 1000.

The lady in the restaurant kept telling my kids off while playing in the pool and even gave us a stare. Some Kids are loud especially my 3 year old boy. Only 1 Local bus every hour.

clean rooms, very good breakfest. the hotel got his own garage for rental cars which is nice to have. the indoor pool was at good shape and well maintained. its even got a gym and suana. clean and comfortable bathroom

the staff was nice. but most of them didnt know english very well except from the check-in lady. the location is good if you have a car, but other than that its a little bit far from other activities

Breakfast was excellent and well managed by staff. Even after five days stay it had tasty variation. We particularly liked the fruit salad and overall variety. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful ensuring we had a kettle in the room and arranging a taxi from Verona airport on arrival and to the local railway station at the end of our stay.

It was a little way out of town but nevertheless close to the lake, football ground (we were there for the Fenix Trophy competition finals) and nearby village of Rivoltella which had some excellent restaurants.
