The position, the pool and the pool area, the view over Lago di Garda, the balcony with lake view!

The sleeping couch needs to be changed, it makes an v shape when two people sleep in it and it squeaks alot when people move. Kitchen utensils could be added, there was no cutting table and only 1 wine glass - for 4 adults. Also it would be nice to have 4 chairs on the balcony for 4 guests, since we had 2 balconies. It would be nice to have a trash can by the pool side.

Great location, stunning views of the lake. The apartment itself was large and very large balcony. It was all very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Dishwasher, cooker/ hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooking utensils etc in the kitchen. Washing machine, shower, toiletries, hairdryer etc in the bathroom. Plenty of wardrobes and hangers. I found the bed in the bedroom far too hard and uncomfortable but my partner found it fine for himself so I think it comes down to personal preference. However I tried the sofa bed in the living room and that was much more comfortable for me so I slept on that instead. The pool area is well kept with plenty of sunbeds. The pool is not heated but most European holidays we have been on do not heat the pools in summer so this was not a surprise. The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk to the marina and main square where you will find lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a fantastic restaurant next door called Estée, we ate there a couple of times, the food and service is amazing and reasonably priced, with lovely views over the lake. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again when returning to Desenzano!

The bed was very hard, my partner thought it was ok but I didn’t.

Im the pictures they hide the fact that the location looks like a student dormitory between a Japanese restaurant and another student dormitory, but it is very well located and cute. The room is big and clean, they have a lot pf parking place, a nice balcony and a good kitchen, well equipped.

Didn’t like the bed, it's a uncomfortable sprung mattress.. but still better than other places that put two mattresses in a bed and nights you feel how you fell in a black hole. Didn’t like the communication, they got a hackers problem and i got the whole year strange messages to pay things, you got to be aware!! Also, in the check in day i was relaxing, in my vacation, in another city, i didn’t like the fact that they wrote me a lot..i mean…be more relaxed, i told you i am coming at 18:30 and at 18:20 you ask me if i have news?!..i didn’t even was late..

The apartment was a very pleasant surprise. Great location directly at Lake Garda. Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment is just everything you could be looking for; fully equipped with all needed things coffee machine (included coffee), microwave, a stove, water boiler, dishes, cups etc, etc. There were some bottle of water and even a pack of cookies. It really exceeded all expectations. We definitely will be coming back to this location and probably try some other "Wonderful Italy" location(s).

That we only booked 2 nights and that we never had a prior experience with this vacation rental management group before. Nothing bad to say about this stay at Lake Garda.

Where do I start..this is our 2nd time here amazing as ever and same apartment..what a view.reception staff amazing from beginning to end..pool lovely for a quick dip.and an entrance straight out onto the lake..our balcony looked like it was in the lake..everything was spectacular..room was lovely had everything we needed.

There's nothing not to like

I was afraid to book accommodation at this hotel because of the negative reviews, but the hotel exceeded my expectations. All the comments of the previous guests were taken into account. Our studio was very clean and had everything you needed and even more. Also it was nice to see cookies and tea with sugar on the table. The staff were very kind and helpful, sharing an umbrella with us when it was raining. Another big advantage of the hotel for us is that you can take a dog with you.

The only thing we don't like is the bed. We slept well, but still the bed was uncomfortable. I also advise you to take a room with a view of the lake, because the sounds from the road are very loud.

Everything. The location is excellent. You have the pool and a stairs that brings you directly to the lake where you can swim. A lot of good restaurants besides the apartment and the center is only 5 min walking. The apartment is big and my baby had a great time walking around. We loved this place.

They didn’t change the towels and the shower has 2 options: cold and hot, which is perfect for us, but it was hard to find a good temperature for my baby.

Beautiful apartment. Clean, spacious, and with a great view of the lake. Everything very well organised too, there is a reception that is open until 18.00 for the check in and for all the information one might need. It's about 15 minutes away from the train station and 5-10 minutes from the port where there is the ferry going to Sirmione.

The internet connection in the apartment was very slow.

Location!!! This is such a lovely loctaed hotel, there is a platform directly opposite the hotel which you can access the lake directly from. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. There is a washing machine which we used regularly because the towels do not get changed, with two teenage boys.... I'll leave the rest to your imagination. There are black out blinds which is hella dangerous, but so lovely!!! Just be sure to set an alarm!!

There was a lacking of kitchen utensils which was a bit annoying and the place could use a little TLC. You are paying for the location mostly!

Rooms were a good size, and the rooms were well supplied with kitchen equipment, nice sheets, pillows and towels. The room was all set up when we arrived for 6 guests, including a freshly made sofa bed. The staff was VERY helpful with any questions or issues we had (like sending someone in to fix the air conditioning.) The view from the apartment’s deck was amazing. You could not ask for better as it was direct on the lake. Combined with being a <5 min walk from the town and a clean and cool pool, it was a fantastic location.

The air conditioning. We had a 3 room apartment. One room had working a/c. One a/c did not blow cold air. The third had no a/c but was a dehumidifier. The staff was super nice and helpful about it. They gave us fans to use and sent in a repairman. If the temperature was <85 degrees out, the apartment would be cool enough with the windows open. But above 90 it sweltered. Also the beds were mediocre. Hard in most rooms. More like a budget hotel bed.
