The location is perfect to immerse in Desenzano life: everything is at the doorstep and at the same time no disturbance from the nightlife. Bakery, grocery store, bike rent just outside the door. Train station is 15 min fast pace walk away. Buses and ferries are around the corner. Common spaces and the apartment are very clean. Kitchen has lots of equipment and fridge has a freezer. Bathroom is spacious and there's a washing machine. Bedding and towels are good quality and enough. Wardrobe is spacious and plenty of hanging space. There's a laundry horse and an ironing board. Lightning is good, enough mirrors. Easy contact with the manager via WhatsApp. Straightforward check-in upon arrival at the nearby office. WiFi and air-conditioning are working fine.

The apartment we got only had windows facing the common area, outside patio, so no privacy: curtains closed and lights on. Patio is first come first serve basis and it's allowed to smoke there. So keep your expectations timid. We were not lucky with a family taking several other apartments, they stayed outside chain-smoking and talking pretty much all the time. We didn't cook, but there's no work surface in the small apartment in the kitchen. I can relate to the other reviews about the mattress. Beware there are "house rules" not listed in the description; so align your expectations/needs with the management beforehand and avoid surprises. Overall this can be a great stay.

The location in Desenzano couldn’t have been better. Everything was only a few minute away (tourist sites), with restaurants, cafes on your doorstep. The train station was about 15 minute walk away (uphill), and the harbour less than 5 mins. Great location to explore other parts of the lake We also done day trips to Milan and Venice, which was great but exhausting.

The only thing missing was an outdoor space to relax, but the apartment (Violetta) was bright and airy

Beautifully presented apartment in the heart of Desenzano. Immaculately clean and elegantly furnished, it offers every facility you could need for a comfortable stay. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the perfectly tuned air conditioning ensures a restful night’s sleep. Tiziano is a wonderful host—attentive, responsive, and always happy to help. He even arranged a taxi for us when we checked out. Overall, it was an excellent experience that we would be happy to repeat.

The apartment is in the pedestrian zone of Desenzano. You can acces it by car between 8 and 10 am and when you check-in. You pay 13 euro /day to park. It's a 5 mins walk to the parking lot. Lots of restaurants 1 min away. The harbour is close - 3 mins walk. The host recommended a few restaurants and places to visit. He also gave us a 10% discount card for renting a boat and pointers on how to purchase discounted tickets for Gardaland Park. The apartment was nice and had all the appliances one may need. 2 improvements I'd suggest for the apartment we stayed in: add more lights in the bathroom and a thicker mattres or a topper for the sofa in the living room because you could feel the frame. Although my 14 year old said it was fine for her. All in all it's a nice place to stay while visiting Garda Lake and the surroundings.

This was a very nice apartment, brilliantly located right in the centre of Desenzano del Garda, but up a quiet back street. The apartment was comfortable and very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the pretty town and restaurants and had a good visit to Verona, which is only half an hour away on the train. Lake Garda itself was more beautiful than we had expected and we really enjoyed hiring a pedalo with a slide on the lake.

Unfortunately, we had a misunderstanding about checking-in. We had paid in full and checked in online, as requested, but did not give a specific time of arrival. The WhatsApp message did mention suggesting a check in time (it just said 'Check in time?' after the link), although the email message did not. There was nowhere on the form to register a time. We arrived at about 5.30pm, well within the stated check-in period, but the host was very unhappy. We have since had a conversation to straighten out what happened. I appreciated him reaching out to us, as it was difficult for us at the time.

The location is right in the centre of the town’s historic heart. The apartment is absolutely spotless, very well equipped and maintained to a high standard. It’s run by Tiziano who is attentive and very friendly. This is a vibrant friendly area, full of life. The pretty old dock is just a stone’s throw away and beautiful walks along the lakeside are within 5 minutes walk. Plenty of really great restaurants and bars nearby. The boat terminal is ten minutes walk away and has routes to everywhere on this huge lake. Buses to inland villages run nearby and the train station is a short walk away. On Wednesday there is a huge fascinating market right along the lake front.

The location was perfect for accessing all the restaurants, bars and shops in Desenzano. A few minutes walk to the ferry, made travelling to many of the other towns around the lake, easy. Tiziano, our host, was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.. I would have no hesitation to return or to recommend it to a friend. 😊

This was an amazing place with an exceptional host, Tiziano. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. What a truly wonderful place to stay. Tiziano provided lots of information about the area, the ferry, local attractions, etc. Our room/apartment was upgraded for our 35th wedding anniversary. You could, quite literally, set out the door and be in Desenzano which made going out at night all the more pleasant. The train station is a short distance away but it is uphill on the way back, easier on the way down. Saying that, my wife and I had no problem and staying in Flowers Apartments is well worth the effort. By far, this was the crowning moment of our anniversary trip and we will most certainly be back. Highly recommended and much loved.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location, amazing appliances (iron, washing machine and hair dryer) and all the extras like soap (even for the washing machine), cooking needs (if you feel like cooking) and beautifully decorated with a floral theme.

We are a senior couple and read there was an elevator but it was not functioning during our stay. The host did help with our bags, which was appreciated.

Everything was great, by far the best and best managed flat I've ever been. Top class hospitality, everything was clean, good internet, control on the temperature, quiet, comfortable bed and pillows, big bathroom, equipped kitchen. It couldn't be more central but still, it was quiet.

Having a car and having decided to use the close (5 minutes on foot) parking place suggested by the host, all the check-in procedure ended up quite stressful and time consuming. I'm still not 100% that it wouldn't have been easier and cheaper to leave the car in a parking place a bit more far without need of going and return twice for the card. In the bedroom there is some light entering from the window, for people that need cave dark a night mask is recommended.
