It was lovely having the sun terrace to relax in the sun.

Breakfast was disorganised and needs amending. Hot water and milk for a cup of tea were not self service and the staff didn't understanding what we were requesting and we had to wait until these things to be brought to us which was frustrating and the hot water was only good for one cup of tea so had to wait again for a 2nd pot of hot water. Also at 9.30 there were no bowls available for muesli and I was told the bowls were finished yet the breakfast didn't end until 10.30. This isn't acceptable as it made me feel like I had irritated the staff.

We had a balcony room overlooking the lake, and it was certainly worth it to wake up to the view! The location was brilliant, on check in we were advised where the free and paid for parking was (which was very close) and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from the centre and harbour. Large comfy bed, not a huge room but standard for the area and it was perfectly adequate for our week long stay. Breakfast was one of the best we have had, plenty of choice including Gluten free options, and the serving staff were always helpful and pleasant. Reception staff were always polite and welcoming.

Only a couple of minor things which would make it more comfortable but are not dealbreakers! - there was no mirror in the room itself which would have been useful. There were only sockets via extenders on either side of the bed, which the hotel had to provide us adapters for. The Mini bar price list was also not in the fridge for the first day which was a bit annoying when it appeared the day after and we had already made use of it!

We love this hotel, this was our third time staying here and it keeps getting better. Beautiful location right on the lake and our room had a 'glow-up' since we last visited in 2022, which meant it was fresh and modern for our latest stay. But for us it's the staff that make this hotel feel like home-from-home, nothing is too much trouble, they are always so accommodating and so happy to help, that's why we will always stay at this hotel when we visit this area. One final thing, the coffee at breakfast is amazing, we are still dreaming about it!

Views from our bedroom balcony were amazing. The breakfast selection was one of the best we’ve ever had anywhere. Hotel was only a short walk to the beach to the left and to the bars and restaurants on the right which was ideal.

Lights shining on to the balconies at night attracted the midges which meant we couldn’t sit out on a night. Hotel is on a busy road which made it noisy to sit on the balcony during the day but we were prepared for that and it didn’t spoil our stay. Noise couldn’t be heard inside.

The hotel has a lovely friendly feel. The rooms are a decent size and very clean. Although a bit quirky the room facilities were good. The bed was very large and comfortable, the shower powerful and hot. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view was amazing and the location very handy for the town centre shops and restaurants and the ferries around the lake. Double glazing kept out all road noise and the air conditioning worked well. Would use this hotel again.

The staff were very accommodating - when we got there early we asked if we can leave our bags and were friendly enough to accept. They went out of their way to also book us a taxi for the next day, which arrived promptly. Very friendly staff! The lake views from the hotel room balcony were amazing - very relaxing

The hotel was quite far from the station especially if you have luggage. Accessible by taxi or by bus, but the bus only takes you halfway into town and have to walk the rest. But the lake views are worth it

The hotel was right on the water - so nice to get up in the morning, with a cup of cappuccino sit on the balcony and enjoy the water view - the Prominade was right below us - staff met us although we were very late arrival / very helpful. the breakfasts were some of the best on our trip through 3 countries - lots of great fresh foods on menu. There was a lift to second floor so luggage ez to get to room - Room super clean - bath products nice - also saw a free rockin' concert in the square that was awesome! we just loved it here -

Nothing - But it would be perfect if guests have some shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom as I didn’t bring any with me. (There was only hand soap). I thought they would be provided but that was my mistake for not checking or asking Reception. If the hotel does provide them in the future, a refillable bottle dispenser attached to the wall with a shower gel and shampoo would be great and more cost effective than having to provide miniature samples which I know some guests often take even if they don’t intend to use them.

The location of the hotel is great— the lake is just across the street. There’s a small beach where you can rent sunbeds and go for a swim. Breakfast was very good, and the coffee was really tasty. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, and the streets of Desenzano del Garda are so pretty; you can simply walk around and enjoy them. We had rooms with a lake view, and it was the best choice because the view is truly amazing. We enjoyed everything, and it was the best experience!

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at. We cannot fault anything, the staff were welcoming friendly and helpful, the bed was super comfy, views were amazing and the food was plentiful and delicious. If or when we decide to go to lake Garda again we will be staying in this hotel. Not sure why they only have 3 stars we feel it deserved a 4 star rating
