This boutique b&b is really even better than how it looks in pics. Pia especially made everything perfect for us:) I also told her that this was the cleanest, cutest place I’ve stayed in Italy so far and I have stayed so many times around and believe me I’m too picky about cleanliness. Our room “dreams” was exactly like in the pictures. me and my husband really enjoyed our short stay, short walk down to beach, the breakfast😍 and they even kept our luggages for us when we want to explore a little longer at the end, thanks for all and we’ll definitely be back💞

Pia and her staff were outstanding, friendly and helpful. The property is very well located. One can experience the everyday life of the locals in Desenzano, have a very quiet night sleep and walk to any needs a traveller might have. The courtyard is peaceful, the breakfast room is bright and airy and breakfast was perfectly cooked and served by Elison with charm. If a problem arouse, Pia was there immediately to trouble shoot and fix. Cleannesses and comfort are some of our priorities when booking, and those were definitely accomplished. There is an excellent laundromat at a couple of blocks away and parking was close by. Hearing the children on their way to school was also a delight.

Our stay was fabulous!!! Would totally recommend this place if staying in Lake Garda, Desenzano. The host was so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Beautiful little courtyard where we had breakfast. The room was lovely, so clean, as was the bathroom. About a 15 min walk from the train station. We had to leave early to catch the train and they gave us our breakfast to take away, lovely freshly baked croissants! Absolutely consider this place if staying in this area of Lake Garda.

This is a stunning boutique feeling bed and breakfast accommodation. The room was modern and very clean including everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Pia our host was amazing, communication was great and she helped us with anything we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast was lovely as well, good selection of options and very tasty. Location wise the property is an 8 minute walk to the port which we used daily to catch ferries to the other ports on the lake. Also a 15 minute walk to the train station which made it easy for us to catch our trains to Verona and Milan.

There wasn't any negatives from my point of view. If you want a lake view then this location doesn't offer that directly, however we were fine with the short walk to the lake.

Fantastic location with only a short walk to the lake. The accommodation was beautiful and the staff were even better. The room was clean, spacious, and well presented with a Hampton vibe that was refreshing and relaxing. The staff went above and beyond for us, and we felt very warm and welcomed from the start. We had an early check out in the morning, so the staff left us individual lunch bags in our room to have as a snack for our travels the next day. It was very sweet and we will certainly be back next time.

Close lake 5 min and 15 min walk to train. The place is perfect. Small refrigerator in room. The bed and pillow very comfortable. All water and fruits are free ! Breakfast is outstanding atart at 8:00 but they made it 7:30 for me ! The host is lovely and very helpful. Thak you Pia. Check in is very easy. The building is newly remodeled do every thing is high quality and new. The host helped me with booking the ferry to discover the lake.

Welcoming staff and an easy check in despite arriving in the evening. Comfortable, clean rooms with air conditioning and a lovely home cooked breakfast served in the garden area. Fantastic location; 15 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk down to Desenzano old town, an abundance of restaurants and boutique shops as well as the ferry terminal for trips to other locations around Lake Garda.

The room and the whole hotel were clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were served at the tables in a small and cozy common space on the ground floor. After breakfasts, coffee, tea, some fruits and popcorn were available for self-service. The location of the place is quite good and near to the lake. In the room, a small refrigerator with beverages was available for free as a teapot and electric kettle.

Nights were a little bit cold even in the room (well, we were there in march so it's nothing surprising) bit still the quilt was surprisingly warm.

I had a fantastic stay at Residenza Elisa! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good, providing a great start to the day. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. On the day we were checking out, it was raining heavily, and no taxis were available. One of the staff members went above and beyond by driving us to the train station in her own car. This level of kindness and service made our stay truly memorable. Thank you, Residenza Elisa, for a wonderful experience!

The host Pia was so friendly, kind and helpful. We could not have asked for someone better. She greeted us with a cold drink and a delicious cake and then showed us the room. Explained everything and then let us get comfortable. We could easily walk to the lake in 10 minutes. Lots of good restaurants and ice cream shops around. We always stayed at Marga Beach (13 Euro for beds and umbrella for the whole day). The breakfast was excellent everyday. You got freshly made eggs and orange juice. You got to choose how much cheese and sausage you wanted, order drinks as much as you wanted. Simply perfect and delicious! Paola was very attentive and we were so happy to see her everyday and talk about our plans for the day, she always had nice recommendations for us. The housekeeping was extraordinary, everything was always clean and all the toiletries were restocked when empty. One of the best things we had here (which more hotels and b&b's should have, really) is a common area with free water, coffee and fruit for the guests. We were so grateful for this service.

I would absolutely recommend staying here, if you get the chance! I just want to give an honest review: There is a busy road next to the hotel. It was quite noisy during the night and during the morning hours so we had to close the windows and sleep with the air conditioning on. But the windows are absolutely noise canceling, so that really solved the problems.
