Great stay. Breakfast was a complete spread. Bruno & family made us feel very welcome.

We had a small hitch with no hot water … they didn’t know how long it would take. Offered to upgrade us. Amazing room! Actually more like a small apartment. We decided to wait a bit as the upgrade was in an older part of the building with no elevator. Bottom line - the water was back on in an hour.

Nice hotel very close to the centre of Desenzano. We stayed in the Venezia room, which was nice, had a comfy bed, a nice terrace with a partial view of the lake and good amenities (especially the AC). I must say that the owner of the Hotel was very kind and helped us a lot. We had a rainy day and there were no taxis available, and he was extremely helpful to get us to the destination. Very friendly staff and ok breakfast that will get you going for the day.

The access to the small wardrobe wasn't the best due to the low slanted ceilings and at times the chimney's smoke was strong when we left the door open.

The room was amazing for the price, huge bedroom that was decorated nicely and was very clean. Very central location and the restaurant attached was very nice. The staff and cleaners were friendly and helpful. The train station was only around 15/20 min walk away depending on if you’re going uphill or downhill

The bathroom was very mouldy in some areas, mainly the shower area. It was clean but had collected a lot of mould from dampness over some time it appeared. We were on the top floor along windy corridors and staircases with no lift, this wasn’t a problem for us but could be something to note for someone with impaired mobility

Great Location. You can access with a car to unload luggage, and then find a parking spot elsewhere. The staff was attentive, and room very nice. Also, the breakfast was awesome!

The aircondition was initially deactivated because it was just the beginning of summer, we had to call a few times for them to actually turn it on. But then it worked just fine!

This is a authentic Italian hotel. The rooms are good but parts of the hotel need some attention. The corridors have very worn carpets and the window shutters in the rooms need upgrading. The breakfast is pretty good but no change in choices for 7 days. I also expect the bed linen to be changed after 3 days. Towels and toiletries are a good standard The food in the restaurant is very good and well worth a visit.

Breakfast choices are repetitive. Needs decorating.

On our arrival we were upgraded to a very spacious and comfortable suite rather than the double room we’d booked. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, advising us that we could dine outside if we preferred (we had reserved a table in the trattoria but it was a lovely evening so we chose that option). We only had one night at Lake Garda en route from Tirano to Venice, after travelling on the Bernina Express from Switzerland - we wished we were staying longer. The hotel was very conveniently located - a 15 minute walk from the station and close to the lake side, shops and restaurants. We had a very enjoyable meal at a table just across from the hotel - waiters helpfully setting up large umbrellas when it started to rain. Great atmosphere and good for people-watching! The self-service breakfast was good too. Would definitely visit again.

Great location off the main square and near the lake. Large room, lots of towels, toiletries, fridge snd kettle. Good selection for breakfast. 24hr reception meant we could arrive on a late flight and train

Although it had sircon, we couldnt get it to work but we didnt bother reception. The floor above was noisy being heavy footed and moving furniture. Water temperature was tricky to get right. No english channel. Room was a bit dark as we couldnt open one set of shutters. No coffee in the room, only tea

The location of the hotel is an excellent position 10 yards from the main piazza , the Alessi has a trattoria, ristorante, pizzeria and a wine bar all serving excellent food and drink options. There are also numerous other restaurants and bars within an easy stroll from the hotel. The ferry service is a 5 minute walk away where there is also the main bus stop on the Verona to Brescia route as well as local routes. The train station is a 20 minute walk ( up a fairly steep route ) but is also on a circular town bus service. We have stayed at the Alessi 3 times and the rooms have been spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The staff are all friendly and efficient and Bruno is so welcoming and helpful. There is a good selection at breakfast with hot and cold options and a range of teas and coffees available.

Clean and comfortable. Located in the center of Desenzano's tourist area. Easy walk to restaurants, lake beaches and ferries. 15 minute walk from train station. Shower was refreshing The hotel has a wonderful trattoria and would recommend eating there. Front desk staff was very friendly both during checkin and checkout. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide selection catering to different national tastes.

No view to speak of but there was good light coming from two exposures. No other complaints.

Everything, location is perfect, the trattoria have a lot of food options all of them are tasty, the staff the so helpful. Asked them for a bigger room because i had my father with me, and he used a ventilator. I got an upgrade for free to a junior suite, which was so nice from them. Parking is also available, and breakfast was good
