The location is excellent as within minutes of walking out of the hotel to the left you are on the port side of lake garda where you can catch the boat trips / ferries There are lots of lake side cages, restaurants and bats to enjoy yourself at, along the walk across the front The town during day has lots of different shops and a few travel exchange places, banks etc. that are useful when traveling

The air conditioning didn't work and we were there during recent 38 degrees heatwave ..so not happy as we paid for this The rooms need updating and a good luck of paint as looking worn out and tired Car is parked in the car park opposite and is an extra €18 on top of the charge for booking the room for an overnight stay

I was in this hotel for the first time, I was immediately pleasantly surprised with the location - just opposite the lake, next to a beautiful square, a small port with boats, cafes and restaurants, it was very easy to get from the station, I spent about 15 minutes,at the reception there was an employee, a very elegant blonde, polite, friendly, answered all questions briefly, clearly, and all with a smile! the room was clean, quiet, I slept great, very good pressure of hot water (sometimes this can be a problem), a lot of towels, I I’m traveling on a budget, at the height of the season in such a place I was just lucky to find such a simple and cozy room! P.S.: special thanks to the reception employee who worked on July 3rd, upon arrival I had to resolve several issues, I didn’t even have to spend a lot of time on this , professionalism and friendliness create a very good impression of this simple, small hotel! I recommend it if it is important to you: location, view from the window, proximity to cafes and restaurants, cleanliness, creative and calm approach to your needs!

Basic accommodation in excellent location. Cheap and cheerful. Liked that it was on the explanade with partial view of the lake and close access to ferry port, shops and restaurants. Walkable to the train station.

I would have loved a change of towels (given we were there for 6 nights) and a kettle. A shelf in the shower would be a welcome addition and an upgrade oif the hair dryer

The lady who checked us in was super friendly, happy, and lovely. The night shift lady was equally of the same demeanor. Those two were such a breath of fresh air in a world where customer service seems to be diminishing. I should also mention the cleaning lady was friendly too.

Room needed a tea kettle and maybe a small fridge

Great location lovely area. Was literally booked as a stop over after arriving into the area late, staff were friendly and helpful, ample clean fluffy towels provided, beds comfortable and they allowed us to store our luggage after check out until our transfer arrived allowing us to enjoy the town for the day.

The power points made charging our phones difficult but we found a helpful lady in the tourist information who allowed us to charge our power banks and pointed us in the direction of a shop who sold a very reasonably priced adapter, but be aware there are 3 different types of charging ports in Italy !

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the central and ferry terminal and just a short walk from the railway station. The room was tidy, bed comfortable, and bathroom ok. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so can not say anything about it. Lovely bonus if you're staying on Tuesday, you'll have a streetmarket starting right off from the hotel door! ☺️ Overall: very good value!

Amazing stay, l will definitely come again, l loved everything!¡¡ Some people have said that needs updating, but l did not care, it was clean, comfortable, AC, faced to Marina, cheap! Yes, many reasons to love it!!!

Cheerful, friendly welcome. Nice room, if a little small for 4 people. Very close to lake though so perfectly situated. Also only a short walk from train station.

It was a bit dated and has seen better days but served us well for our one night visit.

Had low expectations for the hotel based on other reviews. However it was much better than expected, great location, rooms were clean, staff were helpful, for the price I would definitely stay here again.

Broken toilet seat, however notified staff and they were going to fix it.

The receptionist Antonio is very professional and you can see he loves the work he does, always helping me with everything also after work hour. I don’t see anymore people with passion on the work place like him, I suggest the other to come to this hotel only for him, he will make you statement pleasant also the coworkers giulia was very gentle and cute The hotel was good with a nice balcony
