the staff was fantastic from cleaning person to front desk wew tried to call for a taxi they would not come the front desk lady drove us to the train station we offered to pay here she would take any money the onlòy problem we had - the hotel stated rooms were on ist floor i forget want that really meet we had walk up to the room also to the breakfast room the hotel didn't have any handrails if you need to use an elevator they don't have one the location was great breakfast was ok not enough fruit for my taste overall the hotel very clean and staff very helpful

Very nice and accommodating host (please tell her prior to arrival if you need to drop bags early because they don't have a locker so they will have to see if you room is available before you arrive, we didn't and we were lucky that she was able to give us access to our room early). The room was clean and well equiped, with a cute small view on the lake. The bathroom is nice, water is hot, very good after a long day of walking. Lots of space in the rooms.

All is well :) Just a bit dark inside but for this price and so near to the lake, who cares ?

It was in a quiet location just on the edge of the tourist area. The room we had wasn’t big but enough for a couple who didn’t spend much time in it. We had parking out the front, a nice view, bed was comfy. It’s close to supermarket, cafes, and the lake. Check in is from 2 pm when someone is at the desk to greet you with a friendly face.

We had a couple of small issues but this was sorted after a quick chat to the staff.

Very nice and helpful stuff. We had Romeo room, which was big, nice and clean. The hotel is super close to the beach side and city center. Lots of restaurants and supermarket around, everything you need just in one step from the hotel. Highly recommended.

The location is great, - 3 min to the center and ferry staff is very friendly. They gave us a big triple room for two. Absolutely great value for the prize.

Absolutely fantastic location just a 5 minute walk away from the centre of Desenzano. Close to restaurants and cafes. Clean and comfortable stay and lovely staff.

The room was spacious, so was the bathroom. We had a kettle, a small refrigerator, working air conditioner We only stayed here for one night, but it would be a great choice for a longer stay as well.
