The location is so good it’s like 1 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the lake it’s really well located also a nice restaurant down the bank, the staff are all lovely people especially gustavo and the lady with ginger hair who’s name we forgot to get they both helped us a lot through the trip and were kind people, the room was big with blackout shutters and a balcony too, we would stay here again there was nothing bad at all. It’s the cheapest hotel in desenzando by far and it is the best option

Nothing it was perfect

The location was fine.

When I got to the Primavera Hotel it was closed and there was a message fixed on the door saying I was transfered to another hotel, and, that the check-in should be done at the Hotel Plaza, at via Anelli 24. The problem was that there I was very badly treated by a blonde woman, responsible for the check-in. She was bad educated and rude and made me feel bad. Maybe it was because there was an upgrade in my reservation, but I can't be blamed for that. I liked the new hotel and the place where it was located, but due to what happened I will never be back.

Its a budget hotel in glorious area. Did'nt do breakfast so no comment, Room comfortable but bed squeaky(so what?). Bathroom fine. Staff very friendly and helpful once we got over the language barrier (lots of sign language as i have no italian). 5 minute walk to station for trips to Verona, Venice and Milan. 10 minute walk to lake side Desanzano.

The bar was small and uninviting.

I had a great stay at hotel Primavera. The staff were lovely and the location is great! It’s only two minutes to the train station and a ten minute walk down to the lake. I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely my room is for a two star hotel. I don’t really understand the negative reviews, you get what you pay for, so if you expect a five star hotel, book one and pay the price?

Facilities are dated, but the location near the lake and station vastly overcomes this.

The location is perfect, you can reach the train station, the lakefront, the restaurants ... in a few minutes on foot. The price is low. The staff is kind and helpful. The room was small but clean.

No air conditioning. The window shutter was broken.

Other comments are far exagerated we were very happy to find affordable accomodation and it was absolutly fine, just a little bit old

There was an air-conditioner in the room. That was a nice surprise. Near enough to city center.

Poor sound insulation. People were talking in the isle at night. I woke up to it.

We were incredibly satisfied with our stay at hotel Primavera. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Was very well priced and would happily stay again
