Great location for train links,Not so much as in eating out or bars.Nice cafe at the top of the hill but youve to walk down steep hill to the food places,Totally worth it but walking back is a killer with no public transport locally so older or less able people may struggle.Rooms spotless and breakfast was great.Staff very nice and checked in within 90 seconds,Francesca was very helpful befire and after our stay and a credit to the hotel.

Swimming pool looks more of a token dip then a pool itself,In front of people eating breakfast too.If your booking to use this id choose elsewhere but its the only negative about the hotel

Nice view from the rooftop terrace, whirlpool and good sunbed. Few steps to the train station, but silent during whole day. Comfort beds and pillows, with balcony sitting. Breakfast was good, typical italian variants, but really few vegetables. Perfect cleaning service, day make your room everyday. We feel satisfied.

LIttle shared information about the hotel (teracce, beachtowel...) during checkin, but otherwise everything was fine.

Very central to train station about 2mins away, so a trip to venous and milano was possible. It is a straight path all the ways to town of desenzano about 10min walk. Extremely safe and clean. Very comfortable room, beautiful decking at the top of the hotel with a jacuzzi if you just wanted to relax. Breakfast was beautiful everyday. I would highly recommend.

Staff were helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for you. Facilities were great, rooftop terrace was lovely with amazing views and not busy which was good. Room was cleaned daily and plenty of space and storage with a big comfy bed. Breakfast was continental style, good with nice variety of food. Short walk down the hill to the town centre and two mins to the station for either the train or bus which was ideal.

Great hotel very conveniently located next to the train station. Desenzano is not a big city, so everything was walkable from our hotel. The room was nice, spacious and clean (with a balcony). Terrace with the pool was a nice addition and it was never crowded. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were all very welcoming and polite. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for us as we needed to be near the train station and also a nice 10-15 minute walk to the town and lake. We loved the roof terrace and the staff were very friendly, breakfast was also great. It was also very quiet at night despite being so close to a busy station.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent, but there was only coffee machine, not real capuccino. Lot of different pastries and juices available.

minute walk from the train station. ideal if you’re traveling with luggage by train. Amazing patio and roof sun deck. lovely staff. Loved the breakfast. Room was very clean. Cute balconies.

- being next to the train station, it’s about 15 minutes walk to the central area and the lake front. on the way back, it’s an uphill walk, which makes it a bit tiring under the sun but no big deal for someone reasonably fit. - The hot tub on the roof can be cleaner, since there was stray hairs and insects floating in it. Not extremely terrible, but definitely something to improve.

Nice hotel close to the train station and not that far away from city centre. Very kind lady at the reception desk. Good breakfast with wide selection. Clean room with more cosmetics than usually provided in the hotels.
