Everything was excellent. Very clean and good breakfast. The location was amazing less than 10 mins walk to train station and 5 mins to ferry port. Very good black out blinds (room was pitch black when pulled) and Aircon. Supermarket just round the corner. Pizza cafe (with way better pizza’s than the ones served on lake front) across the road. The swimming pool was very well maintained, we went everyday and we always got a sun bed. Staff very helpful, arranged a taxi transfer for us back to the airport and even gave us a breakfast to take as we had an early flight!

Minor issue: The pool towels could be renewed. Some of them had holes in it.

Very clean and very good cleaning services. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Good location, in the middle between train station and center. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good room size. Balcony. Very clean bathroom, great water temperature, pressure, and drainage. Good breakfast, espresso. No gluten, low sugar, low fat, whole grain food available at breakfast.

Windows could be more isolated to reduce noise from cars for the rooms on the side, even though it's low traffic, it's not a big issue, but could be a problem for people with sleeping issues. TV could not be connected to the internet to use apps like netflix. Breakfast could rotate food, maybe they did it by the week, but we stayed 7 days and had 90% of the same foods available, even though they have good variety. More vegetables available at breakfast would be great.

We got upgraded to a superior room which was great. Lovely room, very comfortable beds. Friendly staff, good breakfast. At the end of our stay we left early in the morning, before breakfast and the hotel provided us with a food pack to take with us. Short walk to the train station and ferry port.

Tip if you are planning on visiting anywhere by train, or get the train from the airport, buy your tickets from the ticket office. There are ticket machines for high speed trains which are more expensive. Tickets from the machine on high speed train to Verona, was double the price of the train ticket bought in the ticket office and it took the same amount of time.

Location is perfect. A lot of restaurants around. Supermarkets also nearby. Breakfast is nice too. Staff are friendly. Pool is clean. Rooms super clean. Car parking available. Yard well maintained with flowers.

-Shower area door is too open water splashes out. -Tea/coffee service can ve requested to rooks but they give only 2 tea bags. -no coffee machine in breakfast, you must ask waiter what you want to drink. -foods were not labelled well in breakfast. -sometimes rooms smelled like drains when we open windows. -almost all tv channels were saying “no access allowed” so we were stuck with 1-2 channels. -no peep through in doors to check outside. - no doorbells/do not disturb signs. -dogs were allowed in breakfast area and they keep blocking the way.

Breakfast was self service in a a large dining area linked to a terrace surrounding the pool. An extensive range of foods from sweat to savoury. Coffee was made to order which was excellent. Various newspapers were readily available and for those still partying from the previous evening or celebrating a birthday the Francha Corta was freely available at breakfast. The bedrooms were large clean and well serviced with seating and coffee table. The rooms were serviced by two modern lifts. The swimming pool was well maintained as were the communal gardens. There was also a very enjoyable bar/lounge area again looking onto the pool. Clearly the staff at this hotel are its stars for how they keep the hotel and interact with the guests.

There was nothing that I did not like. However, I felt that during the season the breakfast dining area could have become a quality restaurant.

Great hotel, very clean and modern. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Lovely pool with plenty of sun beds. Great location 5 minutes walk from the centre and lakeside and approx 15 minutes walk to the railway station.

Breakfast was below average in my opinion compared to other hotels I have stayed in in both Italy and across the world. Limited selection, slow at restocking and staff were ok but rarely smiled and never cleared used items from the tabled until you left.

Wonderful hotel in a great location, just 5 minutes from the lake front. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the rooms are kept to a high standard. The cleaning staff deserve a special mention as they work extremely hard to keep everything looking good. Food and drink in the hotel is great with plenty of choice. Great pool area with plenty of sun beds if you want to relax by the pool. Kids loved it.

Great welcome from the team, friendly attentive service. Clearly took pride in knowing every guest, you never had to give your room no. for your key. Breakfast both hot & continental very decent. Nice pool area, clean and modern. Large bedrooms. 3-5 mins walk to the centre which has old charm. Ferry port 3 mins walk with routes to South East of the lake: Sirmeone, Garda & Bardalino. Didn't go further North due to ferry durations of 3-5 hours. It's a big lake!

Everything & everyone! Amazing staff who made my big birthday celebration with family truly memorable. Special thanks to Mario for ordering flowers & to Giovani for keeping the secret of the unexpected guest from Canada. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean & comfortable, quiet with a view over the pool. We were given sparkling wine to have with my birthday cake. Excellent location with an easy walk to the lakeside & ferry terminal. Plenty of Excellent bars & restaurants close by. We all loved the hotel, can highly recommend. Breakfast was exceptional, variety of fruit, cereal, cold cuts, cheese, cooked items, cake, juices, sparkling wine.

The only sad thing was having to leave.

Lovely clean room and a good size (Jnr Suite) All staff were friendly and helpful but specific mention to the gentleman on Reception who sourced us a pair of flip flops (that we needed to access the Thermal Spa in Sirmione!) Good location, just 2 mins from a supermarket and 5 mins to the main area/ferry port in Desenzano. Train station 15 mins walk. Lots of restaurant choices nearby. Good breakfast choices Nice relaxed feel in the hotel

The road out the front could be a little noisy (although very quiet with balcony doors closed) Found the bed a little too firm for us, but that's a personal choice of course.
