Lovely and helpful staff at the reception. A large, clean pool for adults and children, plus several smaller pools for the little ones. Huge thanks to the Entertainment team for keeping both our kids and adults engaged with water football, soccer, ping pong, a drawing corner, mini disco, and much more. The grounds were well-maintained and spotless. Great restaurant and shop offering delicious freshly baked pastries. Close to the beautiful beaches of Lake Garda. Nice view to Garda lake. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire Residence Primera team for making our holiday truly unforgettable. See you again soon!

Very nice and spacious complex, with well-equipped apartments and very helpful staff. The only downside was the sofa — the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for sleeping and sitting due to the steel frame. The view on the lake was good, but it’s a pity there’s no path to the lake/beach nearby. Apart from that, the stay was very pleasant, and the staff was extremely helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Kasia (Katerena) for her help, explanations, and suggestions — I wish every place had such a kind, helpful, and professional person like her.

We loved everything about this residence. It was awesome, we all enjoyed, the kids had a lot of fun in the swimming pools, playgrounds. Our apartment was in great position, we had 5 seconds to the pool, we had beautiful view. And pizza in a restaurant was great as well (we tried only pizza). If you don't need wi-fi, that this is the best choice for couples and families! Thank you Residence Primera.

The staff, both at the reception and at the restaurant, was absolutely amazing and very helpful. The apartment was exactly as described and overall great. We loved it so much that we actually came back after not even a month. The location is great, also just 45 mins by car to the main theme parks located in the bottom of Lake Garda (Gardaland, Movieland, Parco Natura Viva) and also quite close to the top of the lake as well. The food at the restaurant was amazing.

The staff were helpful and patient. The swimming pool and restaurant are good. The location of the apartment is good, near Lake Garda. A few minutes' drive away from the grocery store (Aldi/Lidl) Dog-friendly place

There is no air conditioning in the basement apartment and the coolness of the basement was not enough in the heat.

Very nice territory, great pool, a lot of green, table tennis, play ground. Very good location, wonderful view from terrace!! Everything which we could need, we had in the apartment! We will definitely come back! Good value for a very fair price

The rooms are a bit old, maybe the walls and some stuff in the kitchen could be refreshed, but we didn’t care about it much

Kids loved the pool although it wasn't heated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and it was enough space. We could pay the parking for an extra car. The safety of the premises was good because of the locked doors and you could only enter with a passcode. We got a bottle of tasteful local wine at the departure.

The smell in the appartment, because it wasn't ventillated properly. The bed linen is just sheets and woolen covers. Residents should recycle, but there is only one bin in the appartment.

Residence is really nice , apartments well equipt and spacious. Kitchen was not so good, but if you are hungry 😊 the supermarket is cool, the morning croissant are really tasty.

There is nothing in surrounding. Beach is not beach , no restaurants, no walking area, you have to go everywhere by car.

Everything was amazing. The flat was spacious and only a 5 minute walk from the town centre. A beautiful view of the lake and amazing staff, super friendly and helpful.

The outdoor BBQ grills are terribly rusty and unusable.

Nice apartment. Mini market.

Location not suitable for guests without car. No public transport. Very expensive and difficult to find taxis. Should be in the description of the property to forwarn customers without car.
