How peaceful and quiet it was. The staff at the bar on the lake were fantastic. The pools and grounds were all lovely and the apartments were great and well equipped.

Tried to use the fitness room but a couple stayed on the treadmill for 50 mins. This is unfair when there are only two machines. I think time on the machines should be limited if others are waiting. We Felt like reception staff were a little unhelpful at times trying to keep us in the hotel and not advising us of how to travel to other places. The restaurant on site was empty for most of our stay which is a shame as moonlight restaurant down the road was really full. Not sure of the reasons for that but didn’t make us want to sample it. And also the onsite shop was very poor and expensive. We walked along the lake to Zocco campsite shop which was a lot more reasonable.

The San Savino was exceptional. We had spent the summer travelling around Italy and so this was a perfect place to relax and unwind. We were welcomed upon arrival and our room was spacious and spotless. We had a wonderful view of the mountains, lake and grounds, including the pools. The team maintain the grounds exceptionally well and the facilities were great, including free sports, a heated relaxing adults only pool area and a spa. The lake was within the grounds and we hired (very cheaply) paddle boards and also booked the BBQ area. We had travelled by train/taxi and the San Savino isn’t within walking distance of supermarkets/restaurants (there is a small shop but the goods are limited), however the team provided a free shuttle service and we were able to go to the supermarket twice during our stay. The team even drove us back to the train station on our return. We would highly recommend the San Savino and will be looking to return.

We loved San Sivino and will return. We loved the spacious apartments, which was also very clean. The grounds were delightful and we appreciated the dedicated, shaded parking space for each apartment and the many sun loungers vailable. Our children (8 and 11) LOVED the pools and we took advantage of the tennis courts, table tennis and mini golf. It was just a lovely place to relax in. Plus the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Re food, we ate at adjoining restaurant Elephant one evening- the food was absolutely excellent. There is also a simple pizzeria 2 mins walk from the main gates, which was also good, plus the the mini market next door sells fresh bread and yummy croissants. Lovely location (you need a car) and beautiful scenery around about. Sirmione is an easy boat trip away from the closest port (Dusano), plus we visited Salo, Caneva Aquapark and Parco delle Fucine for a hike. Lots more to see still so we'll be back!

The sofa in the apartment wasn't very comfy.

We absolutely loved staying at the Apparthotel San Sivino, the apartment was spacious and clean, with all the equipment we could possibly need for our stay (and more!). The grounds were just beautiful, flowers everywhere and surprisingly quiet and calm (even though it was fully booked at the time). The pools were lovely and clean, the adults only pool was an added bonus. And the jacuzzis! We would really love to come back, Lake Garda is stunning and Apparthotel San Sivino is a perfect place to stay.

This is big apart hotel, but in May it was nice and not crowded. Rooms are spacious! Two TV sets with Smart features. Free Wi-Fi. Two balconies. Lots of places for activities for kids and parents. Many pools with different sizes. Main pool with slide is not heated - this is probably not an issue in summer time, but in May it was cold water. We got info about heated pool, but in the end it was said that it is not for kids since it is quiet zone. We were allowed to use it anyway with kid, maybe due to small occupancy. There is free to use minigolf course - very nice, well designed and diverse "holes". Direct access to the Garda Lake. Beach volleyball field. Free parking partially in underground parking partially under sheds. There was a restaurant, but I'm not sure if that is a part of the hotel or just standalone. We didn't use it, but it looks very nice, elegant, with nice terrace and view on Garda Lake.

Rooms are spacious, but have quite old equipment and cabinets. Big disappointment for my son was football field. It was shared with beach volleyball field, so in the end it was not best for football at all.

Perfect place for the family trip, facilities amazing, several pools, mini-golf, playground, bicycle rent. There is a small shop and bakery to get all the necessary products, even fresh coffee. The room was perfect, with a big terrace and lake view. AMAZING place!

Not much to say, except the pools that attract the kids most (the one with the slide) was freezingly cold, it's not heated and as the weather in September was not too hot, the water was very cold. Ofcourse there are several hot-tubs to warm up.

We loved our stay here! The property is family owned, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All staff were very helpful and extremely well organized. The property is also gorgeous, right on the lake, with two swimming pools that stay open until 9pm. Our kids loved the slide and how the pool was lit up during the evening hours. The apartment we stayed in was spotless and very comfortable. The view was gorgeous and the kitchen contained everything we needed. We also appreciated the free shuttle to the train station and ferry. If we came again, we would rent a car, since it is hard to get around without. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The hotel has everything you may need. The rooms are fully equipped with all the daily things a family may need. The infrastructure is very good, nice pools, access to the lake, a pool bar, a near by market and restaurant. The best was the team, super friendly and helpful.

We loved everything, but a small inconvinience was that not all rooms have cleaning included. We had 3 rooms, and the biggest dis not have daily cleaning included. Not sure why

Location fabulous... direct access to the lake for swimming, paddle boarding, jumping off the Dock! We loved the apartment which had its own garden, loungers, eating area etc, and enjoyed the pools, tennis and ping pong.

Tennis was charged extra . Kitchen knives lacking, and no dustpan and brush. Air con in lounge didn't work.

5 x swimming pools, one adult only one that’s heated to around 29 degrees, one kiddy shallow one with a slide and a small round splash, sitting pool all heated to similar temperatures. the main big one (which is two really with a slide between them) isn’t heated but expect it would be great in the summer. 4 hot tubs, one adult only one. a pool to suit everyone. great kids playground all looked fairly new. great views from apartment over the pool towards lake. brilliant facilities of mini golf, table tennis and tennis court - we didn’t use any of these. bike hire including electric ones, canoe hire etc all available. we had two bedroom apartment (sleeps 6). very spacious, beds were comfy, we had two large balconies equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs. well equipped kitchen. staff were very helpful and friendly. whole place was clean and tidy, always staff around keeping the place looking good. we will hopefully be back.

noise traveled between rooms when chairs scraped on the floor - a common problem in Mediterranean holiday apartments as they don’t have carpets. lounge sofa wasn’t overly comfortable as it is a sofa bed. We knew this before going though. there are many blankets and extra pillows to help make it comfier.
