We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with air conditioning in every room. The outdoor area was lovely, and the pool was clean and inviting. Great location – just a short walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

Nothing about the accommodation itself – everything was great! Just be aware that the walk to the beach can feel a bit long in the hot sun.

The location is very good, easy access, quiet, safe and beatifull. There are coffe shops and restaurants close by. The garden is beuatifull with rosemary and laurel hedges. The houses offer a nice view to the lake, and to the lights of Sirmione at night. The pool and jacuzzi was available and clean at all times. The location is very pet friendly (as usualy whol Italy is), there are water bowls and waste bags. So so many nice places to visit, beside Milano, Verona, Venice that can be reached in one day the Lake has so many attractions (Sirmione, Gargnano and Limone).

Great location in a small town. Ideal base for exploring the lake. Only a couple of minutes walk to the restaurants in the town. Pool was great, especially with the high temperatures we had, always plenty of sun loungers available. Although we never met any staff they were always contactable and replied within minutes, excellent customer service

Beautiful area. location is convenient for exploring the different towns along the lake. restaurants within walking distance too. The villa is big for our group and has the basic amenities. Would love to come back for a longer stay.

buy/bring huge thrash bags to clear up before checking out. They provided small bottles of shampoo, soap etc but not a thrash bag to facilitate cleaning up.

Lovely large apartment with everything we needed, including a balcony with an amazing view of the lake. Perfect place to eat breakfast in the morning. Great pool as well. Easy check in and check out. Super service when we had a minor issue with the room - staff arrived within 20 mins to fix it.

The light was really dim, i mean at night time it’s very dark in the apartment I rented the 2 bed room apartment and there was no air conditioning at the twin bedroom, it was really unfortunate, because we had to sleep at the living room as there was no AC inside

Apartment with a nice view of the lake. The water fog in the morning is fantastic. Replacement of kitchen utensils is also handled immediately.

Since the address was only displayed on the website, the navigation system guided the car to the pedestrian passage on the other side, so it took time to find it. The parking lot address, especially the apartment name, might be written accurately so that it can be easily found.

It’s worth bringing your own cleaning products such as dishwasher tablets or toilet paper. Coffee filters for the coffee machine are also not provided. Only one electrical socket for the coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave - it's worth taking a T-connector or extension cord with you.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The view of the lake and the pool is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended!
