Breakfast was good. The pool was good, seemed like enough pool beds and umbrellas. Parking was easy. Staff were pleasant. Room was a good size.

We had no kitchen utensils. Apparently there's a kitchen pack add on and for us it would have been approx €140, or we could have cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses and a kettle for free! But I had to go and ask for these after finding all the cupboards bare. Why advertise as 4* with kitchenette but not provided the utensils for this? The sofa was uncomfortable as a sofa, we didn't use it as a bed. A couple of the duvets that were stored in the bedroom cupboard had make-up on and smelt of cigarettes. The hot water in the shower had a limit on it so for me was far too cold to enjoy a shower. There were plenty of power sockets but the power was low out of most of them so took ages for equipment to charge, phones would take all night to charge fully.

We were a little dubious having read some of the previous reviews but we found the rooms to be clean and well equipped. Staff were really helpful. The hotel is close to fantastic restaurants along with the amazing lakefront. We found that between the hill and the heat it was advisable to drive. The pool was clean and even though it was busy in the day there were always plenty of loungers and it never felt crowded. We really enjoyed our stay.

No kitchen equipment unless you pay for it. Even the basic ones like cups .. No coffee machines .. Nothing @ all in the kitchen area unless you pay. My room was not facing the swimming pool and the view was not that good.

Reception & waiter service were very nice The rooms are very comfortable, and we had one with a beautiful garden where my kid could run and play Beds are super comfy, with acs, and a small kitchenette. Bathrooms equipped with shower gel and hairdryer and towels Overall loved the stay 🥰

The rooms where not the cleanest...we had cob webs, dust and hair which bothered me mostly because of my 2kids who play on the floor (both under 2years) & found some small things from previous customers Also, the restaurant closes at 8.45pm and we arrived late and could not find food as kitchen was closed already

The location of the resort is great. Away from the hustle and bustle. The room was quiet and private. Excellent bathroom. To be able to sit outside for breakfast was a treat, especially as it was half-October. The pool looked inviting but was too cold to use.

The lounge in the sitting area of the apartment wasn't very comfortable. This was due to its size, as it could be turned into an extra bed. The entrance to the apartment was a little messy and not inviting.

Value for money. We were two families of four and the junior studios were the correct choice for the size and comfort. The added single bed next to sofa in the lounge was a bit less comfortable but better than paying for a separate room.

Some crickets (insects) came inside the room and scared our son. But overall wasn’t a big deal to throw it outside. One should expect this aspect of close to greenery.

Very relaxing, clean accommodation with pool and good breakfast.

Location is good if you want to explore the lake and nearby attractions (like Gardaland) but not really close to port. WiFi could be improved in rooms.

Great experience. The apartment was absolutely great, divided into living and sleeping areas. Large bathroom. The apartments are located in a large garden, the place is quiet and you have complete privacy. I appreciate the ample parking spaces. You can use the pool, but it is also a short walk to the lake. Very nice staff.

The best resort for the very first time in the Lake Garda. Clean, comfort and pretty room with big terrace. Huge and clean pool, perfect late night swimming. Very polite and friendly people/staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious and super fresh. I would recommend it 10/10.
