Breakfast was great! Same can be said about parking space as well as garden. The room was clean and spacious.

Upon arrival we've been given wrong room (much smaller than what we paid for) and the lady on the reception insisted it is correct one. We had to show her our reservation for her to believe that we actually reserved a higher standard. She also seemed bothered with us being there and causing her inconvenience. The rest of the personnel especially the lady on the morning shift (checkout) and the bar staff were extremely polite and helpful.

How quiet and large the territory of the resort was. Stunning pool area. And spacious rooms. Generous breakfast.

The fact that the “dog fee” is 20€/day - one of the highest I’ve seen. I’d expect then at least the food bowls in the room or some special treat for the furry friends. It would be a different story if it was a one time fee at the end of the stay. A/C is a bit dodgy - can switch off for no reason at times. For us it mostly worked in 1 room and didnt’t in the other. When we informed the reception about it it was fixed for a day and then again went back to being dodgy.

Wonderful (abit outdated though) hotel to relax and enjoy. The staff is so helpful and friendly! Great location, as we had our bikes with us. Big rooms (suites) with everything you need. Awesome breakfast. Facilities include nice little spa area with indoor pool and good size outdoor pool! We will be back for sure! Loved it!!

Restaurant is unfortunately not working in 2024. Otherwise perfect!

The junior suite was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is amazing with fresh pastries, sandwiches, cheeses, cold cuts, cakes, fruits and vegetables, juices and good coffee. The staff was always very nice and friendly.

The only thing missing from the room was a set of glasses to drink out of, instead of paper/plastic cups.

All was perfect. Place for car, very nice, clean and big room. SPA inculded (but possible just for grown ups). Perfect breakfast ( with vegetables and fruits, many cruissants and deserts, also bacon and eggs. Really very good). In room shampoo, condicioner and body lotion. The stay were perfect. Thank you!

It was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast divers and very good.

It was cold in the room, the central climate unit didn't work properly in the warm temperature and the room felt cold.

Chill vibes, relaxful athmosphere. Very beautiful rooms witha a nice view. The breakfast was amazing! I can recomand this place if you want to stay relaxed while you are visiting Garda Lake.
