Pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds we never had a day when you couldn't find somewhere to sit.

We didn't like some aspects of the room, which was a lovely size but just so that people know because it may sound silly. But we had a standard room with no balcony. The bathroom door was see through, and the toilet was way too high and right behind the door. Sooooo if you wanted intimacy and like your own space in the bathroom, you won't get it 🤭 Some of the staff were amazing - 2 breakfast ladies with dark hair, especially Simone? Was always very cheery and made you feel welcome, other staff not sooo much 🤔 oh and the lady that did our room was also brilliant. Pool towels are available, but just to note, you have them for the duration of your stay. They won't change them. But.... overall, the hotel is lovely, and it wouldn't put us of staying there again 😀

First of all the staff at this hotel is amazing!! Every single one of them was nice and helpful but for us Simonetta and Luca stood out. The location of the hotel is excellent with a great view to the lake. The breakfast had plenty of choices and it was delicious. I can’t wait to go back!

Location good except that one needs a car to get around. If just a lake side relaxation is needed it is perfect. Breakfast good, rerpresents quite standard variety. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms big and clean.

There is no heating in the room, just air conditiong with +19°C as max temp. Could get chilly if outside temp is low. Pool should open earlier to get a morning swim before breakfast, now it opened 9:00.

Location and cleanliness was spot on. The staff couldn't do enough to make your stay enjoyable.

- perfect located hotel, 2 min walk to the lake and the nice promenade, where u can walk and where are some restaurants, boot rental aso - the staff was very friendly and helpful - the swimming pool is very big and the environment around the pool is very nice, clean and treated in a very good way - the room was nice, beds are ok and the view (book "lake view) from the balcony was good - the breakfast was good and good variety and u can sit on the terrace - there are some good restaurants, just 5 min to walk - there is enough parking space at the hotel

- we have had an "emergency (not health based" case a few days before the journey started and have been asking for a free rebooking possibility (we have been paying good money for the stay) and got as response, that it is not possible, so we had to stay one night less and this was not a high customer orientation

Location is super, directly at the lake. Breakfast is also nice. Hotel is not too big which is also a big plus! We are considering coming back again next year.

We traveled with an electric car and asked the hotel prior if we could charge our car which was confirmed. Unfortunately the charger on site was "broken" on arrival. On the last night it was possible to charge after asking but we got told that it would cost EUR 40,- to charge the car. The car was at 70% so we decided to do an earlier stop at a fast charger on the way back home. In general not a big issue as there are a lot of chargers in the villages around the lake, just keep in mind not to arrive with an almost empty battery.

everything was good, staff was friendly, hotel is beautiful and clean. Very good location, hotel is very close to the lake.

Amazing breakfast and gorgeous pool. The room was clean with a nice terrace and everything you’d need. The staff was nice and our stay was wonderful.

The only thing was that we couldn’t get the air conditioning running.

The only downside is that Moniga is small so you need a car or take a bus to other lakeside resorts.

Polite friendly staff, the most breathtaking scenery and the prettiest hotel, in a beautifully quiet area, wow factor as you drive up to it, like a dream 🥹
