What a wonderful wonderful place. This is like a secluded paradise behind the big metal gates. The grounds are so beautifully kept, masses of summer flowers, tidy paths and lawns. This is a relatively small resort which makes is extra special. We spent a week here in the middle of August. Most days in the main pool there was 75% of the sunbeds free. Restaurant usually half full and no queues or crowds. Absolute bliss compared to busy August holiday resorts. Pools areas were spotlessly clean with comfy tidy sun loungers. Kids club was perfect for small little ones. Always less than 10 kids in there so perfect numbers and kids loves the simple activities. Restaurant did some lovely pasta/ pizza dishes and small sandwich selection for lunchtime. A lot of people seem to use the self catering facilities. Meals reasonably priced. However I’d suggest the menu could get quite monotonous if you ate there daily. Needs to be mixed up. Staff friendly. This place has such a lovely feel about it. Really is a magical haven.

Only a few small niggles - This is a good half hrs walk away from the main lake front and the walk back is up a hill. Pretty much every other family had a car apart from us. The walks in the 36 degree heat were brutal. Just to consider.. - breakfast was available for 15 euro a day. It was ok.. however little things like the loaves of bread ran out by 9.30 everyday.. kept having to ask for things to be topped up. Needs a bit more care and a bit of a better selection.. eg.. fresher more plentiful pasties or omelettes etc. became monotonous.

This is a great holiday village. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. The staff were so helpful and professional. The staff are so very hard working and the manager, Sylvia, was just lovely. There was something on every day for children to take part in. The 2 pools were great. There are no issues with sun beds or space. The restaurant was lovely with a good choice of food. We stayed here without a car and could walk to a supermarket and into the centre of Moniga within 15 minutes. The Italian evening was great and I would recommend it.

I rated this a 10, so we liked everything but if I had to give a negative it would be that one of the waiters was a little bit rude but it didn't stop us enjoying our family holiday.

We highly recommend this hotel! We had a fantastic time here with our two kids. The pools are great, and the animations are super engaging. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We particularly enjoyed the Italian evening—a wide variety of food and live music created a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel’s location is also ideal as a base for exploring the charming towns around Lake Garda.

This is our third visit to Park Residence Il Gabbiano. we feel at home. The resort is in a perfect place so you can visit the surroundings of Lago di Garda, as well as other cities nearby such as Mantua, Cremona, Verona, and Trento. The concept of the resort is such that you have everything in it and you don't have to go out if you don't want to. Great restaurant, swimming pool and playgrounds for children... it's a perfect place for families. The staff at the reception, special greetings to Silvia, are always at your service, very friendly and ready to help. Recommendations!

Beautiful and safe place in a large garden, we had a view of the lake and Sirmione from our apartment. The apartment has everything you could need for your stay. Friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Parking at the house. Swimming pools available (we didn't use them due to the weather). Sports fields for free use. Activities for children. We would come back anytime.

amazing location, great place to rest (probably in high season it is quite loud). Apartment with the lake view (from the bedroom- fantastic), very comfortable, equipped with all what is needed. Bathroom clean and big enough. On the premises good restaurant and small shop. we did not use swimming pool but looks really promising. and all the time stuff very helpful - thank you.

all was good, nothing to complain

The Staff as lovely, very friendly kind and nice. The Restaurant food is exceptional and the service was great. The facilities are amazing as well. would highly recommend with young kids as there is so much to do. Apartment was very clean.

WIFI was very slow from our room. The apartment lacked bit of basic needs, such as we didn't have oven in the room, the kitchen is not well equipped with stuff to cook. We were also 6 people in the room, of which we only got 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days and 3 nights, however we just bought from near by as we did not feel the need to complain on such small things.

The staff is absolutely amazing. We felt very well taken care of and the staff was very friendly, helpful and child friendly in a very genuine way. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and has a very nice atmosphere. The food was way better than we could have expected and we took the half board option for 9 days. The premises are extremely well suited for children. Very safe, enclosed are where we could easily leave our children to play on their own. They had a lot of fun and we as parents had some time for relaxation.

Nothing much. Some villas have already been renovated, which I expect will add a more modern touch. However even our less modern villa had everything we needed at an extremely good value.

Staff were amazing so helpful and attentive and so into the kids! The pool areas were great , clean! and food was lovely. Nice big open apartments and close to entertainment

The flat needs a little more babyproofing. Needs aircon throughout flat Tv channel list so we can find uk channels quicker. Especially when needed to distract 2 yo Kids area needs a fan, especially in the outside pink house. Needs oven in apartment

This place was even more beautiful and fun than I expected from the photos. The apartment was beautiful, grounds were beautiful, and restaurant terrace was beautiful. The staff here really stood out! Everyone was massively friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our rental car that left us stranded, and Sylvie went above and beyond to help us out of our crisis. Highly recommend doing the "Italian Evening" dinner—wonderful food and the most gezzelig atmosphere. We also ate dinner there several evenings, and the food was good and very good value. Breakfast was great too. Pools were very clean and fun for the kids. Apartment was sparkling clean, and kitchen was super well stocked.

Beds and sofa in our apartment weren't that comfy.
