Polite and helpful hotel staff especially Selma. The room was spacious and clean with a good mattress. AC worked well. Bathroom was of a good size too. All standard amenities included. Hotel is fairly centrally located and nearby parking was provided at a reduced rate. Breakfast was included in our stay.

Please provide 2 bottles of water for 2 guests! Breakfast was just OK (Asian hotel standards) but good when considering the quality of breakfast seen in Europe. Some dishes were very cold when supposed to be warm.

Great hotel in the heart of Desenzano. Our room looked directly out onto the old harbour and a number of cafes and restaurants. We we're concerned about possible noise but the windows and shutters The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Air-con was ideal as it was very hot during our stay. Breakfast was great with a huge range of items. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We had to leave unexpectedly early on our final day due to a train strike but the staff were really good in arranging a taxi and allowing us to take breakfast well before usual start of service. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family.

On arrival at Hotel Vittorio we were amazed at the fantastic location with the most beautiful view of lake Garda. We were travelling for most of the day and we were exhausted with the heat when we got there which we aren't used to in Ireland. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Liliana who gave us the warmest of welcomes and instantly cheered us up. She told us we were upgraded to a terrace view from a balcony and all I can say upon entering the room and opening the terrace doors is WOW. It was the icing on the cake. We were in Italy to celebrate our anniversary and this was the nicest gift we could have received. Our room was modern, spotlessly clean and had the nicest headboard I have ever seen. The breakfast was scrumptious with a great choice. We will definitely be back.

Amazing location, right next to Porto Vecchio and several piazzas which has great options for food and bars and also next to the ferry port which can take you to most places on the lake. Staff were very helpful with information about transport and our stay. The rooms were cleaned daily, and we were impressed by the sound proofing considering the road outside.

The room was a little basic considering it was a deluxe lake view room, there wasn't much furniture in the room and the bathroom wasn't very modern, but the views and balcony were amazing and the main reason we went for the room. The breakfast was fine, but had signs up saying not to takeaway food and drink, which feels a bit mean considering it will mostly be thrown away and the amount we'd spent.

From the moment that we entered the hotel and received a warm, friendly welcome by Aurora, we loved this hotel. We felt like family, all staff treated you as a valued guest and not just another patron . The room was fresh and modern with a contemporary feel. We had a lovely view over the small harbour and part Seaview. The breakfasts were delicious and the variety of choices was incomparable. The location is perfect. On the lakefront, 3 minutes from the ferry and located amongst numerous restaurants and shops.

Staff was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to book taxis or needed restaurant recommendations. The hotel rooms were very clearly recently renovated and we loved the fresh contemporary design and modern bathroom. Location was very central yet away from the noisier bars and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent - very fresh and varied. We loved absolutely everything about this hotel and are looking forward to staying there again soon.

Breakfast and staff were top notch, the breakfast selection was very large and never got bored of the food. We stayed a week and would 100% stay here again and again. We had a room with the panoramic balcony which was absolutely wonderful, people watching and the views of the marina and lake were amazing. The cleaning staff was great kept our room tidy and clean with fresh towels daily. The staff were wonderful and really made our stay memorable, were always there to answer our questions and to help in any way they could.

Our bed was a little hard for my taste, but my husband didn't have an issue with it.

The hotel is very nice and modern, everything was spotless. Shower was great & location was perfect. Couldn’t hear a thing with the windows shut and curtains were basically blackout which was fab. Staff were brilliant, so helpful and friendly, always around and can help with anything. I felt safe here. Perfect place to get a ferry to different areas, I went to Sirmione twice, lovely place, Spa is good too.

Room could be a bit bigger, even by myself it was difficult to find places for my things. A mirror by the table and chair would be ideal for makeup and skincare. Pillows could be thicker

The hotel is located right across the street from the lake promenade, very close to the ferry station, which was convenient. The room was spacious with a balcony and a terrace overlooking the lake. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious dishes and desserts. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We were happy with our stay.

There was one complimentary bottle of water in the room when we arrived. We thought the hotel could be more generous with things like water, coffee, and tea after breakfast.

The breakfast - we had such a selection of food - everything was so fresh and beautifully presented.I am gluten intolerant and had informed the hotel of this before my visit and I was given gluten free products each morning. The staff - from the time of booking to departure- fantastic - very helpful. Cleanliness - it was spotless. The hotel is looking out onto the lake and when the sun was shining - view was beautiful. Very good area to base yourself while in Lake Garda - close to railway station and boats which can bring you to the little towns/villages on the lake.
