We were blown away by the beautiful location of the hotel. The view from our room, with its balcony right across the street from the lake was stunning. Cristina and Giovanna at the always-staffed front desk were very helpful in recommending sights, restaurants, and transportation options to make the most of our limited time in Desenzano del Garda. We were allowed to extend our check-out by an extra hour, to their already generous 11:00 am standard check-out time. And they had a secure closet to store our luggage so we were able to spend more time in town before our train. The free breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We should have stayed longer.

It was a bit noisy late at night from loud music at a bar down the street. That’s okay, it was Friday night. Ended about 1:00 am.

Great location...a short walk to Desenzano town cente. Lovely to be situated right on the lake...we went for swims most days at the small, but well-kept Margy Beach (immediately opposite the hotel). Plenty of options for breakfast (fruit juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, scrambled egg/bacon, toast, various pastries etc.) The breakfast set us up for the day ahead! Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned well each day.

There is bar next to the hotel, which sometimes plays music until early morning, but thankfully we couldn't hear any noise in our rooms at the rear of the hotel. Car parking spaces at the rear of the hotel are fairly tight, so we were happy to use the multi-storey carpark a short distance from the hotel. Some of the hallway carpets looked a little worn, but our rooms were clean.

The location is perfect: across the street from the lake and just down the street from restaurants and shops. The staff was SO friendly and helpful, too. But the real 5 stars goes to the extensive breakfast prepared every morning: 4-5 cheeses, fruit, yogurt, (other stuff for meat-eaters), nuts, juices, tiny waffles, pancakes, and a table filled with cakes of lemon, and carrot, and chocolate, plus strudels and cream puffs....simply stunning! Plus your favorite coffee prepared when you arrive for breakfast by a sweetheart of a server.

The room was really tiny, and although it was okay, I just expected something a little bit larger. None of the balcony rooms were available, so next time I will make sure I get one of those, but at least I got a lake view. The television didn't allow movies and only a few channels were in English, but that's probably not why you're there anyway ;)

The staff were very welcoming and the fact it was a small staff made it feel friendly and personal. The breakfast was lovely. Had everything that a larger hotel would and really nicely presented. Lovely view over the lake. No rush, nice and leisurely. The location was perfect. Facing the lake and next to restaurants and shops. 1 minute from the beach part of the lake where you could swim and hire boats. Reserved parking for the whole stay.

The location was good, not right in the centre so nice and quiet but close to the beach and easy walking distance to the ferry port, shops and restaurants. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best - everything you could want with a lakeside view. It is not far from the train station but a steep downhill there and uphill back so I chose a taxi, which was inexpensive and the hotel are happy to arrange this for you. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was up a level and the toilet and shower were very close together.

Super perfect location, very clean rooms, very polite staff. The person in the afternoon/evening shift, did everything he could so that our minivan fits in the parking lot. Perfect location for city walk, superb evening in the city.

A bit outdated with regards to decoration, but after the super ice cream we had in our city walk, it did not matter any more! 😁

Perfect location just on the lake promenade, near the center, main square, and the point for ship going through the lake. Very good breakfast, clean room, kind staff.

There could be 2 chairs in the room instead of only 1 for 2 people.

We had a wonderful stay on Lake Garda. We took a bus from the train station which dropped us very close to the accommodation. Hotel was directly across the road from the lake and we had a beautiful view from our room. We had a wonderful breakfast in the mornings… plenty to choose from. It had a Roof top terrace which we stubble across.

The air conditioning was quite poor and we found little relief from the heat of the Italian summer in our room.
