Excellent Location. Friendly staff in all areas of hotel. Excellent choice of fresh food for breakfast. Coffee machine with lots of options even decaffeinated coffees. Selection of tea bags and very hot water tea pots and jugs for milk, lovely touch. Lovely staff who continually cleared away crockery and kept food etc stocked. Cleanliness and daily room clean bed making bathroom clean and lovely audit white towels. The location is perfect by the lake. And still close to the town shops and restaurants. Train station isn’t too far either but you could get a short taxi ride is unable to walk that distance. We loved it here and we would definitely recommend and hopefully return one day.

We had a wonderful stay here at the hotel, the staff were exceptional, I had hurt my toe a few hours after arrival, when I returned to the hotel the night manager was amazing, with a lady he cleaned the wound and dressed it, he even went and washed my blood covered sandal, the following day he asked me if I'd like it redressed .So so kind, rooms were great and breakfast amazing! I would so recommend this place.The hotel situation was fantastic also !

The place of the hotel is great, it is 2 minutes walking from the beach and near main promenade though it is calm part of the town. Once you step outside of the hotel, gorgeous lake view is there awaiting you and lovely pizzeria is next door. Also, staff is very much friendly and accommodating and will give you all the information needed. In addition, if you need parking they can also give you the spot. Facilities and the room were great and clean, really cozy. Awesome, full Swedish table serve yourself breakfast! Simply fantastic and would love to come back! ☺️👌✨

Everything was great.

The hotel's location is very convenient. You can reach the shores of Lake Garda and the beach just across the street. The room was really spacious and light. It was pleasant to stay. The check in was fast. It was very pleasant to get a free parking place in the hotel’s territory. It was nice to have a balcony to sit in. We found everything we needed in the room. There was a fridge in the room. You could get a small bottle of the water for 2 eur. There were several of them. The conditioneer worked very good. It could be nice to find slippers and iron in the room. The breakfast was really of a wide range and of great quality. Everything we ate was really tasty and fresh. There were a great variety of cheese, meat, lots of fruit, sweet cakes. There also was natural honey with honeycomb. There was also salmon. It was also tasty. A great pleasure was to have a glass of sparkling wine for breakfast and sit by the window with seaview! It was nice that our chosen coffee was brought to our table. The women in the restaurant were cheerful, pleasant and very attentive. The coffee was tasty and of a great quality. The vegetables were fresh and tasty. The breakfast totally fabulous!

Everything was really nice. The pillows were not the best. The shower gel should be refilled, it was nearly empty in the shower. The shower was nice.

The hotel is right on the lake. Beautiful view, friendly and helpful staff. What exceeded our expectation for a 3-star hotel was the variety and quality of the breakfast. The lady there (most probably the hotel owner) saw that we were fully satisfied and everything was in order. Just for the breakfast lady, I would recommend an upgrade of the hotel to 4-stars. It even has a parking space.

Quite old building, wouldn't mind a renovation. Yet it totally served our needs for 1 night.

Friendly, helpful staff, amazing location, superb breakfast The rooms were pleasant but not flashy, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well kept, the air-conditioning was amazing, easily providing a refuge from the 35c heat. Breakfast was exceptional in terms of choice and quality. The hotel is right on the lakeside, adjacent a small pebbly beach with sun beds and umbrellas for rent, and a short walk from the charming centre of Desenzano with a huge range of restaurants, shops and bus, rail and ferry links.

There were no coffee facilities in the room, while there were good ferry and bus connections, it is surprisingly several hours travel to the northern parts of lake.

The breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast were wonderful. The cleaners also were friendly and wonderful. They needed to be the front of house people. The room was comfortable and very clean, had an air conditioner that was a blessing but no kettle.

After our check in that wasn’t very pleasant. The reception staff never acknowledged you or said a word to you. It made us feel uncomfortable and not really welcomed. We have been travelling for 4 weeks all around Europe and this is the first time we have felt this.

Friendly staff, great location within walking distance of the centre yet quiet for sleeping in the evening. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff were extremely helpful in booking taxis, printing off local bus timetables and allowing us to bring takeout food from next door into the dining room when we arrived late on a Sunday evening. They even laid the table for us to eat and fetched apple juice for one of my sons. All of the staff we experienced during our stay were extremely kind and helpful.

Small thing but I found the bathroom door in our room difficult to shut.

I had booked a single room and it was TINY. I was a solo traveler. Arrival was very difficult. No ubers/taxi available at train station. The hotel was no help. They just kept saying uber/taxi would arrive eventually. After an hour wait, and no taxi, I ended up walking 20 min. Normally, it would have been no big deal, but with luggage and hot weather, it was a bit of a struggle. Hotel should offer pick-up service at a charge.

Spacious, clean room with a lake view - I think I got upgraded from a single room due to the off season. The breakfast was amazing!!! Handy location to catch ferry to Sirmione and wander around the lake Power was out for hours on two days, due to construction works, which I thought was a bit odd - hotel didn’t seem to do anything to mitigate it. Rooms definitely not sound proof, sounded like someone was constantly dragging furniture, housekeeping staff really noisy in the corridors in the morning as well
