The location is veery good, just a short walk to the waterfront, shops, restaurants, etc.

The walk to the station is all uphill, do not attempt if you are not fit. Taxis are not always available at short notice, may have to wait a while till they show up.

The hotel was a little old-fashioned but was clean and comfortable. It was just a short walk from the waterfront and it also had a roof terrace where we could enjoy lake views away from the crowds. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh croissants, pancakes, fruit, a selection of cakes and biscuits, yoghurt, cereals as well as ham, eggs etc. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful.

The decor... but then of course the price would rise.

Location was perfect. Just off the main beachfront meant the late night noise didn't affect us. Beds were very comfy and breakfast wasn't too bad with the eggs actually remaining hot

Shower door was broken which resulted in a leak onto the floor. Air conditioning turned itself off a couple of times so waking up in a morning was covered in sweat.

This hotel is a pretty basic family run hotel, but it's clean, well looked after and has wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. It's in an excellent location just 50 meters from the Lake itself and within easy walking distance to all the main squares and buzzy areas in Desenzano - Good off street parking, quiet and safe location - would go there again.

The hotel is located in a very good area, close to the lake or city center. The staff was very kind and nice. They give a welcome dirk in the bar. The room was comfortable and with very good air conditioning. The hotel truly lived up to the 3-star rating. A very good value for the price

Nothing about the property. The city does not have many bus lines. It’s maybe better to rent a car there. Or at least it’s not easy to return to the train station

Excellent as always. Joseph and his staff are very attentive making sure guests are comfortable. Nothing is a trouble.

The location of the hotel is super. You can reach everything on foot. The staff was super kind and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast is also very good. At rooftop the panorama is amazing.

Everything. Good location within easy walk to centre of Desenzano, Lake Garda, the ferry, cafés and restaurants. Good breakfast and big clean bedroom and en-suite Staff amazingly friendly and helpful.

Conveniently placed to center of town. Within easy walk from the railway station.

Rooms a little old fashioned. Would have liked a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The main thing was that it was nice and clean.
