Hotel is in a great location , a short walk from the lake, boat harbour and town. It has a lift and is renovated with modern bathroom . Shower is small. Bed comfortable and has bedlamps. Good wifi. Small desk . Clothes Cupboard. Easy Italian breakfast every morning in the bar . Room cleaned daily . Only one PowerPoint to use for charging. Loved hearing the church bells . Quiet at night and room has a Shutter to keep out light and window opens fully. Acts as a local bar as the people drop in for coffee in the mornings . Owners genial.

loved the breakfast. great tea and coffee. toasties were lovely, and the croissants were delicious. the owners were amazing, lovely people. who went above and beyond to help you. could not get a taxi to take us to the airport so the owners got their lovely daughter and partner to take us there, if it was not for them we would have missed our flight, would not hesitate to stay there again.

not a lot,maybe some drawers and a safe as we were staying a week, but would not stop us staying there again, the nicest people we have met in all the years we have been traveling.

My room was small but cute and modern. I actually really liked it. The hotel was conveniently located, couple minutes walk to the main walkway and very close to the promenade. There were complimentary pastries in the morning, which was a nice touch.

It was a bit noisy outside of my room as I was facing a small lane way that had an apartment building directly across but it didn't last too long. The bedding was thin so I was a bit cold when sleeping the first night That was resolved very quickly the next day as I requested a duvet. My room didn't have a full length mirror, which would have been nice to see my full outfit before heading out.

Truly a great stay - staff were great and gave us everything we needed. The location is absolutely fantastic and the rooms were SO cool, it was genuinely a relief when we got back after a hot day! I know I've mentioned it but the location is a great selling point, so close to the lake and lots of great restaurants and bars. Very spacious and clean and great value for money! We'd come back in a heartbeat!

Nothing! A shame the rooms didn't have balconies but literally nothing the hotel can do about that! They do have a lovely outdoor area to eat and drink which makes up for it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is fantastic, just 5 - 10 mins walk from the lakefront, restaurants, shops etc depending on your speed. Also very handy to the swimming areas and ferries. As a solo female traveller I felt safe in the hotel and in the entire area. My room was fairly basic but extremely clean and comfortable enough. The included breakfast was a choice of pastries and drinks and the staff were generous with those. Overall, great value for money and in a very good location.

This wasn't a problem but it would have been nice to have a small fridge and tea/coffee facilities in the room as the downstairs cafe wasn't open in the evenings and it was summer time so being able to keep a cold drink in the room would've been good.

Great B&B in a top location just by the main plaza and restaurants. It's a 5 minute walk to a nearby beach and to the ferry which is nice for day trips to other villages around the lake. Staff was great and helpful, everything was clean and working as expected. The room seems to have been recently renovated.

We missed a mini fridge in the room which would be good to keep cold beverages in the summer.

The personal was very nice. I really like typical italian breakfast and cosy hotel room. Hotel is situated in the city centre - everything important like port, shops and restaurants is close. Highly recommend if you want to spend few days in Desenzano del Garda.

I spent wonderful days in this hotel. The hotel owner was really amazing - extremely kind and helpful. She recommended me couple of proven restaurants with the best food and tried her best to help me finding my lost wallet. The hospitality and kindness really made my holiday unforgettable. I felt like visiting friends, not as an anonymous guest at anonymous hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect, directly in the center, despite it in a calm street. The bed was very comfortable and pillows hard/soft enough. Parking was easy at a big parking house few steps from the hotel. I am sure this was not my last stay in Desenzano.

Ideally located in the city centre within walking distance of the lake promenade. Delicious Italian breakfast with fresh pastries 😍 Very hospitable and attentive hosts. Beautiful modern room with comfortable beds and air conditioning, daily cleaning.

It would be nice if there was a small fridge in the room, but in relation to the price, it is not critical.

Very friendly hosts, with a really cozy, nicely furnished room right in the center of Desenzano (literally opposite the church). Breakfast was Italian, and very good! A lot of restaurants and cafes in the immeidate vicinity, and a lovely pebbly beach about 10mins away.
