This apartment hotel was absolutely perfect — it felt warm, welcoming, and exclusive. Valentina and the woman who works with her were both incredibly kind. Valentina helped us plan our day trips and always checked in on us with a big smile. Our room was super clean and pleasant. The entire place is beautifully and tastefully designed — everything feels new and fresh. Parking was also very convenient. We especially loved having a coffee and hot chocolate machine available all day in the lobby-kitchen area. On floor -1 there’s a great washer and dryer that guests can use. In general, it was really nice to bring food from the supermarket, heat it up in the microwave, and use the kitchenware available. Our tips: There’s a huge shopping mall about 9 minutes away by car, and behind it there’s a great go-kart track. As for nearby towns — Valentina gives great recommendations. But honestly, just walking around the local town is also very enjoyable. One important tip: bring mosquito repellent — there are lots of mosquitoes in the area!

The only thing was that the Wi-Fi was a bit weak

The room was incredible: very clean, modern and luxurious. It had everything we needed and more. The staff were exceptional, particularly Valentina. No request was too much for her and she made you feel instantly at home. She made the stay even more incredible. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent and the quality was superb. The facilities, especially the pool, were kept immaculate and we loved that we were able to use the laundry facilities. The whole stay was more than we could have imagined. It was perfect.

Absolutely amazing!! Best accomodation so far. We felt really loved and welcomed, they really love their guests. Facility is amazing, new and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well, we did not miss a thing! They were always reachable and responded us really quickly. We did not have a car, but with a little walk we could reach everything! 10/10 +1 for the frizzante water 👌😀

Fantastic 6 night stay, very friendly welcome and hospitality from Valentina and team. The accommodation was smart, modern, spotless and luxurious, with everything we needed. Great location, with easy access to both train station and boats for days out in Verona and Sermione. Highly recommended

Nothin, we loved the whole experience

We had a great stay at Viola Relais - we were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Valentina and the staff were fantastic. The room was a great size & immaculate. The location was great, about 20 minutes walk to the train station & ferry port, so a good base for exploring nearby towns/cities.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Valentina. The availability of coffee, hot chocolate, and water throughout the day was much appreciated. We had the pool to ourselves during our stay and were permitted to continue to make use of the pool after our checkout time as our next stop wasn't going to be ready until after 3 o'clock. A home from home.

As a family of 4, including 2 teenagers the room space was a little bit tight but everything was very clean and well presented.

Lovely host,nice location and great choice of breakfast and free secure parking.Our room was spacious and very clean with balcony.Good facilities and the pool is a bonus.Would definitely stay here again.

Would prefer a drinking glass instead of a plastic cup in the room,this is just a personal preference,and had we asked,I'm sure we would have been provided with some.

Our host, Valentina, ensured we had an amazing stay in her beautiful apartment. Everything was fabulous, including a freshly cooked breakfast made for us by the lovely housekeeper. The location is quiet, but just a stroll from town. A perfect choice for anyone.

Easy walk into town. Breakfast had not a large selection but was good and they make omelette fresh for you which was great. Quiet, peaceful, great air conditioning and a washing machine which is great when you are travelling. Lovely people

Less mosquitos however it was the time of year

Very nice accommodation, gated parking, very clean, easy access with code, extremely friendly and professional stuff. We came late at night, woke up after 10 am and have been served with a full breakfast even though the breakfast was only until 10am.
